Word's can't express how happy I am I found this. I have IBS-C, and I've went through many tests to why my body doesn't hold or absorb iron. Well with my tummy issues this is WONDERFUL absolutely ecstatic to say I started this in April, We're now the end July My iron was at a 7 April And with using this supplement and two extra supplements, calcium and vitamin c, my body is actually maintaining Iron and I've been taking it every single day and got my iron up to an 11! These are great supplements. They are easy to take and work great. Be aware that they will change the color of your output, so don't be alarmed when you see a darker hue in the porcelain down load after a couple days. Your internal software is not broken, it is just the iron left in your system working it's way through.😏

So gentle on the stomach, no acid reflux.
My favorite brand of iron bisglycinate/gentle iron. I take these at bedtime because iron conflicts with one of my morning meds. Before I changed to gentle iron I had terrible acid reflux from regular iron supplements. I switched to this form and the reflux stopped. I like the number of capsules in this bottle as well as the company's reputation.
