More dense than water.
The belt is junk, but it was the best price I've seen for coated lead dive weights. I can confirm, you will be less bouyant when you wear these weights. Come on, its lead coated in some kind of plastic, nothing really to go wrong. Note, I'm reviewing the weights, since that is what I was buying here. I don't recommend the belt at all. It seems to be a free addition to the purchase of the dive weights.

Great Weight Belt
I wasn’t sure I would appreciate a non - rubber belt, but I love this. It has good grip, and did not irritate skin. Weights are great quality as well. Strong hold for the weights, and easy clip to function.
