what is the mil thickness?

The mil thickness is 0.63 not 80 gauge. False information. 80 gauge (which is the same as .80 mil) is mentioned twice in reference to this product on the main page. I will be leaving a bad review unless the seller refunds my money and changes their ad.

Hi, Can anyone please tell if 1 pack (1000 feet) is would suffice for a 2 bed 2 bath house.

I just finished packing (literally just tonight) a 4 bed/2 bath house and it worked well. I tended to wrap all the dressers and cabinets and curios so you should be ok.

It was waterproof as to rain of small water spills, as long as you wrapped all sides.Not sure if this would be waterproof if your wrapped artifact would be submerged for prolonged time, but it seemed pretty air tight.
