Natural Factors Stress-Relax Melatonin Tablets, 3mg Chewable, 90 Count

I find this brand (compared to others) to be very effective in helping the onset of sleep.Initially I had to wake up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night.As I contiued with tablets the intervening sleepless gaps got reduced.This product is really fast acting.

Product is a good value and it works for me to help relax me about an hour before I plan to sleep. I was disappointed in the Amazon packaging which was a non-recyclable paper envelope with plastic bubble wrap glued to it and was about 2.5 ft. x 1 ft. in size. for 2 very small bottles.

These melt under the tongue, but have a terrible taste. Have to drink water afterwards. But they do the job of putting me to sleep.

Orange is not a good taste for this. I recommend you stick with peppermint. Works as well as any melatonin.

this is the only melatonin that works and dissolves easily I've tried. even in cold juice with some stirring it completely dissolves. Works better than the Schiiff and NOW ones i've tried. Has a light minty flavor in case you don't like mint. Don't buy the liquid stuff, it tastes horrible and doesn't even work. This one works well and I generally only need 1 compared to having to take 2-3 of the Schiff ones.

This melatonin tablet tastes good (peppermint flavor), is easy to dissolve under the tongue or chew, and it works very well. Within half to one hour after taking this I feel very drowsy. Sometimes I break it in half, because the 3 mg occasionally gives me a slight headache in the morning.Best tasting melatonin in a sublingual or chewable form that I have found so far.
