I don't often write lengthy reviews, but hopefully I can be helpful to anyone considering these. My expectations have been completely surpassed and I highly recommend them.Firstly, they are very stretchy and 'breathable'. I was expecting something quite dense, but they are super lightweight and give you opportunity to move your lips a little, finding a comfortable position even after application.The adhesive is very sticky and I was concerned about my lips. So, although the instructions say not to use moisturiser etc as it will reduce the effect of the adhesive, I actually do. I put a good amount of lip balm on just my lips then apply the patch, really pressing around my mouth. The adhesive is so good that it stays on all night just from the strength of the part that touches around my lips. This leaves my lips really moisturised too, like a little lip mask every night!I had worried about what would happen when my nose became blocked. However, somehow, having my mouth fully closed all night keeps my nose unblocked and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't fully understand the biology behind this but it must be to do with airways not drying out etc. Anyway, I can breathe easily through my nose all night and wake up refreshed.These have really changed my life. I don't heavily breathe through my mouth, I sleep considerably better and I'm also definitely seeing a subtle change in the definition of my chin and jaw through not having my mouth gaping open 8 hours a night! Give them a go!

Keeps my mouth shut all night and has prevented me from snoring. Wife loves it. Tape itself is stretchy but does the job well. When I put the tape on wonky it feels odd but it is easy to remove and reapply and stills keeps my mouth taped until the morning. I have bought this product multiple times and will to continue to. Great product, good value for money and true to design.

Honestly so disappointed. Ive wanted to try mouth tape for so long, but been reluctant due to my allergies to adhesives and plasters.I bought these as after numerous searches they continually came up as hypoallergenic option. Oh how i was wrong. I was going to instantly apply to my face, but was reluctant so applied to arm as almost a patch test. Ive now got a rash in the same symmetry as the tape and will now take a long time to go away.I am extremely disappointed.Side note: if anyone knows another brand that i can trust wont do this to my skin i would be so appreciative.

The quality is great very stretchy and breathable , stay in place all night and I feel I am sleeping better. The one downside is some tapes have very strong adeshive more so than the previous pack I purchased making them a little painful to remove.

This mouth tape definitely helps reduce the amount of snoring, yet somehow I still defy all odds and am able to snore! My partner assures me its only a fraction of what it used to be, so all in all a positive outcome. I also like how I dont wake up with a dry mouth anymore, so 5*s for that!I have also tried 4-5 different brands, and this one seems to be the best one. I thought, how could tape cost so much!? Surely they are all the same? But no. This brand leaves the least residue when removing in the morning, and is much gentler on the skin. I have had to return the other brands - although they were half the price, they are half the quality and were painful to remove and left a huge black ring around my mouth in the morning. You get what you pay for!

Really rate the idea of mouth tape. I definitely sleep better, I don't wake up with a sore throat anymore and my partner isn't kept awake by my 'heavy breathing'.Only 3 stars because this is just less sticky physio tape, and I hate how unsustainable it is. It's also massive, I have a moustache and cut every piece in 2 and it still works, plus it lasts twice as long.

These work well and are comfortable. However when I first bought them last September they were £6.29, in November they were £6.99. For these prices they were very much worth it for a month's supply. I didn't buy any in December as they had gone up to £7.99. I cannot believe that in January they're now priced at £10.99!! I can't see how they justify a nearly 50% increase from September to January. Completely overpriced now, just use micropore tape from Boots, does exactly the same thing and an awful lot cheaper

I wasn't expecting this to work, but I'm pleasantly surprised.I have always snored quite badly through my mouth and tried many things over the years. This has easily been the most effective. I've recorded myself using a sleep app, and the frequency and loudness of my snoring is massively reduced by using this tape. It's actually quite comfortable, and didn't take much getting used to. There are small holes in the tape, so if needed you can still breathe through your mouth.Another benefit is your mouth doesn't dry out during the night, so in not waking up and having to have a drink anymoreThe only slight negative is the adhesive is quite strong, so be careful when peeling it off your lips.
