It could be worse.
I used this bag to carry my protein powder and light weight carry on stuff for two weeks around Europe on planes, trains and everything else. It was ok. The main zippers started opening at the top pretty early on. It just got worse. If the zippers were a bit better I'd give another star. The carry on strap that came with the bag was rough and rubbed my shirts to pills in zero time. So it really damaged my clothes. If you get this get a custom strap that is softer. But the size was great and so was the organization aspect. I will buy another like this and use it the same but aim for a bit higher quality. If you are not taking it with you on your body for 10 hrs a day it will be fine.
