Please tell me how to use this product? Also how to do a patch test?

Just use it like face soap! I like to gently scrub (exfoliate) my face and forearms with a warm washcloth, lather up the Koji soap, apply it to my forearms, then my face, giving it a little "face time" and "arm time", then wash them off in the same order. It really does a good job of brightening and evening out skin tone if you use it every day. It's very gentle.
