Good meal replacement- 10% protein
I have been purchasing these for quite sometime now. A great healthy drink especially when you’re in a hurry and there’s no time for breakfast. My husband drinks one every morning with his daily pills. 10% protein the same as a boost drink, the taste is great. French vanilla is our favorite! You get 4 packs of 6 at a great price

I ordered French vanilla because I figured I would like that flavor since I like coffee that flavor. But they sent cookies and cream. It's a good flavor. I love breakfast food but I'm not a daily breakfast person so I like having these around. They are quick and easy to grab, even when you're not on the go. They have a good source of protein and vitamins to get you going in the morning thick and texture is that of any other protein shake. Good value not to expensive like other protein shakes.
