Excellent. I was worried about the flavors. I’m used to Saltt brand. The flavors were all rated different. I loved all the flavors, especially the Lemon Lime. Refreshing and not overly sweet. I think Passion Fruit was best rated but I thought it was the worst tasting. Had a weird aftertaste (might be from the citric acid) and a little too sweet for me. I used one packet for 40 oz. All the other flavors were very good. They’re an excellent brand. I take their German creatine too. I already repurchased. I like the higher potassium in these also. Definitely give these a try.

This item is a bit lower in sodium than others I have typically used, however it is higher in potassium. This, for a mountain biker is a big deal for leg cramps. The flavors are very good; I typically like liquid IV or Thorne, but these are more refreshing and slightly tart - very good. The variety of flavors is also on point! I am considering subscribing to this brand as my daily go to.

Altho the balance of all electrolytes is adequate & variety of flavors is good, the taste of the product is more chemical than other comparable brands.

I love this brand of electrolytes. Delicious tasting! Gives me energy & fills me up with happiness. I use these single packets for travel. I purchase the tub of Hydrate for my daily morning use. I love all the flavors! I use every morning to fill my day with energy, hydration and happiness. I look forward to drinking my water! Just pour a pack in your water bottle & shake! So easy to use. A little goes a long way. So if you want a value, use only a half of pack!

I’ll start off saying I love sports research products. I take their magnesium, alpha gpc, probiotic, and thought I would try out the electrolyte mix. Within 15-30 minutes of drinking this, I got really bad stomach cramps/bloating. I made the mistake of looking at the sodium content, and other vitamins in the product, and not the actual ingredient list when purchasing. I didn’t realize it had steviol. I am really sensitive to artificial sweeteners, and unfortunately for me, I won’t be able to drink these, or return them. They mixed fine for me. The taste was okay. They definitely smell like old school flint stone vitamins though, lol.

Better taste. Then the leading brands less salty, which I like I can use more of the packet. I use an eighth of the packet like in some other brands I don’t I won’t mention. I’ve only tried the cherry so far, but it’s decent taste. I got the value pack. Looking forward to the other flavors.

Bought these for a recent vacation and they were a great find. Tastes good. Comparable to liquid IV sodium wise and at a lower price point. I'm happy.

Bought these for a trip to Cuba for rough mornings and they are awesome, taste good,not at all like most that are horrible even gave a few out when they got sunstroke will definitely buy again

We gave this a try but one packet in a regular lulu water bottle was hard to drink. My husband and I both dumped it. It tastes like...its fermented wrong? Like if you added some fruit to yogurt and brought it to lunch for a few days but didnt have a chance to eat it and on then day 3 or 4 it starts to ferment/go rotten and you taste it and get that "dont eat this" tingle in your mouth. I was hopeful, but something was off with the taste.
