Do your research before taking supplements
Arrived on time in great condition. Did exactly what was expected. I took for fatigue 3 hours before needing them. And like a light bulb my fatigue went away just long enough to do my job that I was doing. Helped 100%. Enables me to sleep afterwards well and become fully rested. This is what I found which is particular to me. Very happy with product.

Good for sleep
I've tried a few magnesium tablets but this one has really helped me relax, stay asleep and reduce muscle pain. Would recommend giving a try if you struggle with sleep, cramps. The only thing I would say is that I can be a little dehydrated but taking electrolytes helps to replenish fluids.

Great customer service but the product was not for us
We got severe constipation from this supplement. . I even stopped it and restarted a week later and it is for sure the supplement. Even though it was past the return window, the seller refunded me due Tony’s having issues. Great customer service.
