What does the script on the top say?

The hat has the Ottoman “Tughra” symbol on it. It is the seal of the Sultans of the Ottoman empire. Each Sultan had his own seal, which in Ottoman language would say something like “In the name of Sultan Ahmet….” and is in the shape commonly used for a “Bismillah” in Arabic. In modern times, the Tughra is still used as an artistic symbol. It usually doesn’t specify any certain Sultan, and if it says anything it usually references Allah as the supreme “Sultan.” We are not sure whether the Tughra on this hat is purely an artistic symbol or whether it references Allah, as we are not able to read Ottoman calligraphy.

Bought two 22.5 and 22.75 . The 22.5 is a bit too small and 22.75 a bit too large. It seems that sizing is off. The 22.5 from a previous purchase is different from the one now. Quality is great. Looking fwd to buy again when available
