I was never much of a fan of wearing helmets, but I am very glad that I got this one. I love the skullcap it comes with and that it has everything I need to protect myself while playing lumberjack.The adjustable ear protection is great, the screen to protect from chips flying into your face was the selling point for me.However, I absolutely love the skullcap and wear it around all the time. I stay nice and cool with the skull cap on and often forget I am even wearing it. The bag that comes with this set makes it easy to carry around. I was recently helping clean up after a storm came through and wiped out most of the trees in a town. This helmet was a blessing for me, kept me cool, dry, and comfortable. And it took a few branches that saved my noggin!

Solid helmet, reasonable price, great features. Easy assembly. One previous reviewer mentioned that it took "a herculean force" to pull the ear muffs up the first time. I had the same issue and am a little prone to "use of excessive force" and I felt like I was on the edge of snapping the plastic pivot arms. I took the screw out which is very simple and used a box cutter to trim very slightly between the metal ear muff frame and the plastic ridge and then sprayed it with silicone. It worked much easier but still has very positive engagement clicks up and down-whew! As it wears, it will work much easier so I am completely satisfied: Huge improvement for hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection! Thanks!!

So far so good. Comfortable to use for long period of time. Fit is spot on. Ear protection could use a little more adjustability but work fine. Visibility is as good as expected with the mesh face shield in place

This was a game changer for me. Came with everything & you definitely feel safe in it. Love the mesh guard..it does not get in the way. It never gets heavy no matter how long you use it. The er muffs & guard can adjust easily.

Nice Quality Helmet. Purchased another one and returned it, the helmet was so thin and flimsly in my opinion and it cost more than this one and had more reviews. It made me cry if you get the hint. Look its not a $200 helmet from another company, but is certainly a helmet I would feel safe in wearing at a great price for someone like me who only needs it once or twice a year.

The face screen works really well. It keeps wood chips and shards from hitting the user in the face and can't fog like a clear shield. The hearing protection fits and works well. I hope I never have to test the helmet protection. It adjusts and fits well. It's not terribly heavy so it's comfortable to wear.

Use these helmets for our mountain bike club. They're sturdy, fit well, have great eye and ear protection and are better quality IMO than famous name brand helmets. Highly recommend!

Junk.. plastic strap to hold helmet was broken, no way to fix it...it us suppose to be a safety helmet... cant even wear it.

purchased for another family member...works great

Chin strap a little tedious. I removed it. Helmet is a bit lighter than I expected. Still good buy.
