Your size guide is not accurate and precise.
The size guide didn't not mention the waist size in cms. Your site prompted me to go for M size. When I opted for L ,there was no response. Because your site prompted me for M size, I ordered M size Now I find that the size is not fitting me. The product may be good, but I am unable to use it. And Amazon is not replacing it. I am not happy with the way you are handling customers problems.
