clean install for 2 OBD powered devices.
Works great for dual use. have both of my radar detector and bimmer link device plugged in at the same time with no issues. Having it fully rotate makes this a clean install and doesn’t get in the way of how the OBD port is situated in my vehicle.

Fits properly, holds two devices and doesn’t get in the way.
I purchased this so I could add a power chip and another device to keep my truck from shifting into 4 cylinders from 8 cylinders. I have had no issues with both being connected and the design of this makes it easy to fit without being in the way. It stays plugged in without any issue.

Works with some downside
This works how I would expect , I am able to have an OBD2 accessory running while I am driving, and when I park , the other port lets my truck know to lower the steps. The downside is it sticks out far enough that I have knocked it off the port a few times in the couple of months that I’ve had it.

NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this for my 2015 Duramax. I've used splitters before in all my diesels. I had been driving around town all day then got the delivery notification, so I stopped at the mailbox and picked up the splitter. I installed it and plugged my Banks Pedal Monster back in. We had to go to a friend's house that evening, went to the truck and the dash lights would completely shut off when I tried to start my truck. SO. first thought batteries. Jumped, nothing, installed new batteries, same outcome. Got my test meter, checked all the fuses, good. Replaced the starer relay and the ECM same problem. Was about to replace the starter thinking the solenoid was bad and I thought what has changed in the past 24 hours, sure enough unplugged the splitter and wouldn't you know it the truck started and runs just fine. Tried again same outcome, no start. Maybe I got a bad one, I don't know but I will be returning it. Not going to try again. I will purchase a splitter from Banks instead because I've never had an issue with their equipment. Costs more, yes but worth it.

It really worked well for my dashcam I bought, now that I have an extra port I may plan for a radar.
