Got these for my mom, especially since they come in petite. I thought the ones that are $40 was expensive, but these are twice the price. I just think that's a lot too much for a pair of pants.

I'm retired so live in either jeans or knit pants. Every once in a while, I prefer a more tailored look and these ankle pants are exactly what I was looking for. They fit well and even though I'm just on the edge of being a petite, they hit my ankles at the appropriate length. The fabric looks upscale and having worn Rafaella in the past, I assume they will wear well and launder with no issues. I'm 5'4" and would recommend these for a professional or slightly dressy look.

These are adorable dress pants. One thing I will mention at the start is these are not transparent at all! They are not lined - they are heavy enough to lay right and lightweight enough to still be comfortable. I love the material. It reminds me of a light twill. They easily move with you and feel great! The pockets in the front are basted - so you can choose to leave the stitching there or take it out. It lays nice in - so it isn’t always an easy choice. I opened mine. The pockets in the back are faux pockets.These fit me really loose because I ordered a size larger. I read the reviews - one person thought they ran small and another thought they were true to size. The one thinking they were true to size sounded like a skinny girl - which I’m not. So, I sized up as a precaution. I should have listened to the skinny girl, because I would consider these pants true to size. I still like them and think they look fine loose (maybe better?).These pants are easy care. I machine washed mine and hung them to dry. Everything is stitched and sewn well. The buttons and zipper - all work perfect. It’s a fair price for the quality. I’m happy with mine. I hope they work out just as well for you!

I love the pants, but this manufacturer has a serious problem with their sizing. I ordered a pair of pants using their size chart before and the pants were far too big so this time I went down a size. The pants are still too big. Just looking at the size chart you can tell there is something wrong because the size 12 is 31.5", size 14 is 44" and size 16 is 34.5". I bought the 16 last time and the 14 this time and they are both too big, but my waist certainly is NOT a 31.5 for the size 12. I'm not buying any more pants from this manufacturer because I have no clue what I will get.

Unfortunately, my photos won’t upload so I hope my description will be enough.First, I’m BARELY 5’ 2” tall and these go past my ankles. It’s disappointing to have something labeled for petites that is clearly not for a petite person.Second, these are not slimming. I got size 12 to accommodate my apple shape. The legs are so large and not slim or flattering at all. They seem to have these “saddle bags” that are extremely unflattering. So much so that I have to return them. I could deal with having them hemmed, because I have to do that with most of my clothes. But the saddle bags are non negotiable.Otherwise, the quality of the garment is good. If you are tall and have a bigger booty these might be great.

The pants are well made and are high rise. They run small. I weight 145# and am 5'1" and am a true size 8 and these are tight. I would size up one of similar to my size. Also, these are supposed to be petite, but they come down to the floor on me. I tonk if they were a size bigger, they would be really comfortable and flattering.

These pants are surprisingly comfortable. The fabric is smooth and there are no bulging seams to irritate my sensitive skin. Most impressively, they are indeed petite, and fit my stubby legs perfectly! They look nice and function even better.
