Awesome lock
So far the lock has been working flawlessly. This thing has been a a lifesaver. My family kept losing their keys to our old lock and this product has solved that issue. The lock was easy to install and the door handle was an upgrade to the doors look. The fingerprint feature has been great. No issues at all.

The bottom hole on my door didn’t line up to the new handle and I had to drill a new hole just cm away from the previous hole despite this handle having an adjustable height for the bottom screw shaft.I like the multiple functionality options of the fingerprints, the codes and the included cards and decided I didn’t want to install the app for now, although I can see a use for it if I want to remotely unlock my door for visitors when I am busy.The old handle did seem to have more weight to it than this handle, but the look is sleek.I would take away only a half a star, if possible, but overall, I am pleased with the product. (Now I just need to find my red door paint!)

Lock function explanation. Helpline help.
We’re having a very good experience with this product. Like the design very much, especially like the multifunction the many many ways that you can lock and unlock the door.We were having trouble we thought and called the helpline we got connected to April. She was very helpful. It turns out the function that I thought it was doing was not what I thought it was. She helped me with solutions. She was especially kind and animated. I believe she was truly interested in helping me out.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!1 EASY INSTALLATION, BEWARE,THERE ARE TWO APPS WITH THE SAME NAME (DDLOCK.) ONE OF THEM DOES NOT WORK, THE OTHER,(THE ONE WITH THE BLUE KEY IS STRAIGHT FWD AND EASY TO DO) I HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR ISSUES WITH INSTALLATION BUT WERE QUICKLY RESOLVED.

Not worth the money
It was working great but after just 2 1/2 months it’s not functioning right anymore. It won’t automatically lock anymore. And it starting to struggle to read any fingerprints. I do not recommend. Save your money.

Excellent customer service
I have it a 5 star for the fact I had a problem with the fingerprint not working. The customer service was extremely helpful. They sent us a new lock in within 48 hours. Very impressed.
