This is a lovely product - Ghee is clarified butter, meaning the butter is heated to remove any remaining proteins which is it a long shelf life. Also Ghee is well tolerated by those who may have issues with butterIt has high concentrations of butyric acid, which increases the number of thyroid hormone receptors on your cells, allowing you to use more thyroid hormone & improvemetabolism- It's high in stearic acid, an amazing saturated fat with metabolism-boosting and anti-cancerproperties!
