This is a lovely product - Ghee is clarified butter, meaning the butter is heated to remove any remaining proteins which is it a long shelf life. Also Ghee is well tolerated by those who may have issues with butter It has high concentrations of butyric acid, which increases the number of thyroid hormone receptors on your cells, allowing you to use more thyroid hormone & improve metabolism - It's high in stearic acid, an amazing saturated fat with metabolism-boosting and anti-cancer properties! Studies show it reduces visceral fat and improve body fat composition - The types of fat in Ghee are shown to improve gut health and gut barrier function. I higly recommend this brand.
