I was honestly surprised by how good the Spylt Vanilla Milkshake tastes. Most protein drinks have that chalky aftertaste, but this one tastes like a real vanilla milkshake. It’s smooth, creamy, and sweet without being overly sugary. The fact that it has 20g of protein, only 90 calories, zero sugar, and is lactose-free makes it even better. The 60mg of caffeine gives a nice little energy boost without making me feel jittery. It’s perfect as a quick breakfast, afternoon pick-me-up, or post-workout drink. If you’re looking for a protein shake that actually tastes good and doesn’t feel like you’re forcing yourself to drink it, Spylt Vanilla Milkshake is definitely worth trying. I first thought it sounded crazy...a caffeinated protein shake? Yeah...well I have been ordering a couple cases a month for over a year now. Taste great, no need for morning coffee, and the protein! GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Easy to drink, great taste, really solid numbers with 90 calories, 20g protein, no added sugars. It’s thinner than most protein shakes, doesn’t have that protein powder aftertaste. A little pricey but totally worth it IMO. I drink a couple days a week as my post-lunch boost as a non-coffee drinker. Cookies and cream is my fave flavor.

This is best high protein drink I have tried! It has real milk in it so it tastes so natural--not thick. No aftertaste. My favorite flavors are the Vanilla Milkshake and Cookies and Cream. I have not tried the others.

Delicious protein shake with the added bonus of caffeine. All flavors are good by vanilla is a favorite and well with the price. Exceptional customer service.

Great tasting product but the delivery is an issue. The cans are super thin and then they are delivered in a plastic bag instead of a box . . . . both of the deliveries I received in the last 2 days had bottles that broke and leaked all over the package. Besides being quite a mess I am down two bottles and the majority of the others are dented.

Delicious!! 90 calories and 20g of protein and it tastes like a vanilla milk shake! No protein after taste, no chalky taste! Worth every penny! Vanilla, regular chocolate and cookies and cream are the best flavors! (Strawberry imo- tastes very artificial, and the extreme chocolate leaves an aftertaste, PB is just ok)
