These are a great healthy snack option, suitable for vegans and gluten free. The packs are quite small, 20g each – but enough for a quick snack or to graze on. The corn is crunchy and the sour cream and chive flavouring is spot on. As a healthier option than, say, crisps, these are good choice – and let’s face it packets of crisps seem to continually get smaller. The taste subsides a bit as you go through a bag – the usual flavour of the corn becomes stronger as you get used to the sour cream and chive – but they’re a tasty and healthy option – you can certainly sprinkle some of these on a salad or use as nibbles along with other snacks.
