I bought this L-shaped cat scratcher for my indoor cats, and it has quickly become their absolute favorite spot in the house. It is super sturdy, easy to set up, and has saved my couch from endless claw marks! This scratching pad was an instant hit with my cats! They started scratching and playing with it as soon as I set it up. It's sturdy, well-made, and stays in place while they use it. We have a LOT of cat scratching posts in our home. They range from 20-300 USD. My cat still prefers using my furniture and I came across this. For the price point, I decided to give it a shot and place it near his favorite scratching furniture. It worked. He really likes this scratcher. He actually started using it before I even set it up. I have no idea why he’s interested in this one but not in the other 10+ scratch items in the house. I won’t question it. I like that it’s less obtrusive than most of my other tall stable scratching posts, cactus scratch post, scratch pads with the ball in it, figure 8 sturdy scratch posts, etc. it was also easy to put together and can be done in minutes! I wish I had this when I used to live in apartments! It’s a space saver

The assembly is easy. The ball included to run between top & bottom scratching walls is a nice touch. The only negative thing is the durability of the material used in making the walls. They do not hold up well to average use. Three separate uses with a duration of 10 minutes, showed severe wear with pieces of cardboard being scattered about. Not very durable. But the actual construction is solid so I don't worry about her safety while using it. If they made a replacement for the walls when they were scratched out, that would be great as my cat really enjoys the configuration of it, as it can lean against the wall, next to her toy box so she is happy. She has however figured out how to pop the ball out, the little minx.

Immediately she loved it. We had this already and this one is the new replacement. It’s a must have. The assembly is quick and easy, just make sure you line up the wood frame pieces with the rounded edge of the cardboard. It’s very sturdy and lasts a long time. When she’s scratched up the front and bottom we just flip it over and she loves scratching the other side too. Also the box is a fun toy for your cat as well. It’s secure and safe and doesn’t ever loosen or come apart after assembly. The height is just enough for a stretch, but I do wish there was one more extension piece on the top.

Our kitten loves to scratch on everything. It does love this scratcher. Easy to assemble. Good quality and sturdy. I was concerned it might fall over but it stays in place and is stable. Our kitten loves the ball too.

My cat, in typical cat fashion, hates every single toy/cat-specific object I get for her. I got this with low expectations but to my surprise she immediately went crazy over the toy ball while I was putting it together. Assembly is super easy, it feels high quality (it’s still cardboard but the wooden supports feel sturdy). She immediately started scratching it when I set it up and she has added this to her favorite nap spots. My cat is pretty big and this was perfect for her. I would say the price is fair, but it did sit in my cart for a while before I decided to spoil her. The scratcher comes with silicone stickers so it doesn’t move around and feels safe. All in all my cat loves it and I do too :)

I had a huge problem with my cat scratching my carpets. I got this for her and she absolutely loves it!!! It’s not messy at all and when she isn’t scratching she is taking a nap on it. I think it’s super easy to put together and very durable as well. It also doesn’t move at all. I have also accidentally stepped on it and it hurts my foot much more than doing anything to the product lol (great size too!!)

The cat loves it but the scratched cardboard makes a real mess as the 'flakes' get everywhere. I also hope it's non-toxic because the cat also chews on the cardboard flakes.

The mostly important thing is that Charlie uses the board every day. It is supported against the wall so is suitable for a large 5 year old Tom cat and is saving other areas of the house from further plucks/scratches !

My cat is obsessed. She no longer scratches our couch which is a HUGE bonus. Also she loves to just sit on the bottom it's so cute.
