So far product is good, can expect extensive cleaning from the device with minimal efforts, two speeds comes handy, very easy to operate. Speed of charging is good and the battery capacity so far seems to be promising, have to see in future if there's battery discharge or not, Material is og good quality

Purchased this product for house cleaning purpose and it worked excellent. The duration lasted for around 2+ hours under normal speed. I'm happy to buy this product. The instructions in the manual is simple to understand and use the product. There are other duplicate products in the market for less price, please don't purchase those products. I buyed the duplicate product and wasted my money then again purchased this again royal electric spin product. The durability is also 👌

I love to clean and love this product. I've used this for scrubbing bathroom tiles, walls, floor even attached sandpaper and lightly scrubbed my wooden table. Have used it on my car and everything else. It is light and the medium rotation is just enough to do your task calmly. But today, while removing the polishing pad of the sticky attachment, a connector broke off. The one which looks like an arrow and helps attach the pads. The product has and achilees heel and is in existential crisis now. If the other one breaks too nothing. Will stick and gravity will take over. I am ready to order extra scrub pads but want to know if the sticky attachment is also included. If so I will be eternal happy. I called up the customer service team and received a call within 2 hours.. paid and got the replacement product delivered with the customer service following up with me at every step. My issue was resolved. Great work Agaro team

Good Customer Service. As soon as I raised a complaint regarding the product not working properly, it was promptly addressed and resolved. I appreciate the quick response and customer service. However, I must mention that the AGARO Royal Electric Spin Scrubber did not meet my expectations. The cleaning performance is only fair and not as good as I expected for the price. Similar electric spin scrubbers are available on various online shopping platforms for around ₹900, making the AGARO product seem quite expensive in comparison. Considering its performance and price, I feel that the product is not worth the money. I would recommend improving the overall product quality, cleaning performance, and value for money.
