PREMIUM HOME THEATER CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER_ BLACK

This isn't an enthusiast level speaker, but what do you really expect for such a bargain price? I finally got around to installing a surround system in our bedroom with an old amp I had laying around, but I still needed a center speaker. Since it's just a bedroom I only needed something basic and cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by this speaker, so much so that I replaced the center speaker in my living room with this one and used the old one in the bedroom instead. It has a much fuller sound than the Pioneer it replaced and a good mount louder. My only caveat is that the top end isn't very bright, at least not as bright as other speakers I have. The build quality is also decent. It's hard to ask more of such an inexpensive speaker.

This speaker replaced an Advent/Jensen speaker. The sound quality is as good as the old speaker. I have a Yamaha receiver that has the ability to test each of the 7 speaker in my surround system. It also changes each speaker's output for a balanced system. Everything worked perfectly.

I bought this to replace a bad center speaker in my Energy Take 5 set. It easily meets and maybe surpasses the sound from the Energy and the price makes it a great value. I'd highly recommend this in a satellite setup.

I'm using this as the center channel for a bedroom 5.1 system. It is the right size for the space. Dialog is balanced and clear. The small amp driving it never gets turned past 1/4.

Does not accept banana plugs. Misleading description. Sound is ok. The reason I’m keeping it is save space in my new setup replacing a dual four inch center that is great but massive.

For my home office/den/man cave. Added center speaker. Quality very good. Improved audio that was being buried by surround sound in stereo. Brought my Denon Amp back to life making tv viewing much better. Right size for small shelf space and room. Very satisfied.

I suffer from a hearing loss and always raise the sound so I can hear better the conversations on tv, but the addition of the center speaker I really found myself better entertain watching tv as I could hear a lot better with less volume and a much sharper, clearer voices. It has made a big difference in my tv watching time specially now in football season.

It worked OK for about three months and it just died. I contacted the vendor by never received a reply. Cheap junk product and NO customer service. Save your money and get something better.

2nd time I received a used item sold like new on Amazon. Checked the speaker grille and upon removing it, confirmed my suspicions. USED, used, used! The previous owner probably used it with the grille off as it does sound just slightly better with it off, upon testing. The thing actually works but the mid-range/woofer driver dome (the largest one) was covered with some food dirt which was totally disgusting. I had to clean it out. And there are even some scratch marks on it as well!!! Since the price increased since I bought it, I can't just buy another and return this one, ending this fiasco, while hoping to get an actual brand NEW unit at the same low price. So I'll have to live with it. And some things couldn't be cleaned out... Disappointing. I would put zero stars if I could as Amazon seriously is the only E-commerce company to send me a used item every once in a while.... The sole reason I'm still sticking with them is that their prices really are unbeatable for certain items. Just that this kind of fiasco every once in a while is really starting to piss me off....:(

A very good centre speaker even better if used in a dual centre speaker config meaning 2 speakers sat just under each end of the screen you are watching.
