Got this laptop with a silky finish and it's a little bit heavy for senior person to hold, so O boy did this tape help grip it, yes it did, plus you can cut it into shape for ascetic looks. Easy, great texture and good value, stretching a little but not too much, probably got many uses so worth having in the bits and bobs draw.

It seems as if I can review this item, others having being denied to me by Amazon. This tape was ideal for me, to apply to a shoulder bag strap, to prevent it slipping off my shoulder. This it does well, but only if the overall mass of the bag is light. Don't expect it to work with heavy loads! For general purposes this tape is recommended.

I recently bought metal salon shelving to house my Dyson hair care appliances. When they arrived, I was concerned that they would scratch my devices over time as they were just black coated metal with no protection. I decided to get this grip tape to put on the shelves for that reason. The advert advised that they are heatproof which is ideal a cutting to size was very simple. A small but worthwhile alteration to the shelves that gives me peace of mind that my appliances are safe. It’s very inconspicuous and looks good up close. I cannot comment on longevity as it’s only been 24 hours but I have allowed ample time for good adhesion.

It might be kinda pricey but you can't knock the quality. It's super thin measuring at 0.5mm. (The plastic you pull off is 0.05mm so I've accounted for that). I'm only using this on some shelving I'm putting together so can't testify how good this would be for controllers etc that you're constantly gripping. But for some extra traction on shelving where you want to kind of stand things up without them slipping it's great. It's slightly textured which you can see from some of the photos, but to be fair you can generally only see that because I turned the flash on, it's very inconspicuous. You can gauge the size of the texture against the 5 pence piece I've put in a couple of the pics. I bought the black colour and it's definitely more black and not dark grey, some "black" rubber often ends up being slightly grey, but against my black shelving you cannot see a colour difference. It's not very stretchy, it has some give but it's minimal. So make sure you cut exactly the length you need. I had the 3 meter length which wasn't continuous, it came it 2 halves of around 180CM lengths taped together. But if you look at it like that you get an extra 60CM. Well... I did anyway. But yeah I'd definitely re-buy some if I was going to do something like this again. And I may just do.

tape wasn't that good as I needed to stick it down on a slightly angled surface on my ebikes throttle grip as there's literally zero elasticity in it so you basically can't manipulate the tape as your sticking it to the handle bars, plus the stickiness wasn't as good as I think it should have been as it was becoming unstuck I'm places so I ended up taping over the rubber tape with insulation tape so basicaly this rubber tape is no good for surfaces that arnt level but if your just taping up a flat part of say a metal bar then it would probably do fine but as it doesn't stretch whatsoever it's very differcult to stick down so it didn't work for me unfortunately. I wouldn't say £13 for just 3 metres is value at all as 3 metres is just 9 feet which is hardly anything.

A great product. Easy to use and adheres perfectly. I used it to cover the pull-out keyboard panel in my office and it looks fantastic. There are countless uses for it, and it’s just a shame the strips are so narrow. A 5000mm roll would solve all my problems. To ensure it was straight, I used window cleaner; this helped me move the tape safely so it matched up perfectly with the previous strips. It takes about 30 minutes to dry, but after that the edges can be trimmed with a wallpaper knife without any trouble. I highly recommend this product!

What a wonderful product. It's thin, flexible, and the clue is very strong, makes contact perfectly... I even pulled back and readjusted and it took it. On a hard textured surface it formed a strong connection. 11mm Ribs on a gun hard case, these made it slid all over the place. The tape is now the rubber feet and it grips extremely well. The textured grip is wonderfully designed, tape is thin and flexible but strong. The glue is a perfectly balanced engineering solution. I am very happy with it.

I’ve had other rug tape, but I’ve never had rug tape this good! I’ve had it down for a few months now and it doesn’t budge! I only needed to tape one side down, and the other side is held in place with the couch. Have plenty left, but if I ever run out I will repurchase!

Found this tape while looking for something to keep my phone from slipping off surfaces and it works better than expected. The material is ultra thin so it does not add visible bulk, but it grips firmly once applied. I have used it on a flashlight handle, my phone case, and a few tool grips and it has stayed put on all of them. It cuts cleanly with scissors and adheres well on the first try without air bubbles. It is also waterproof which matters for some of my outdoor uses. A good option if you need grip without adding thickness.

Works as intended, though not grippy on all surfaces, it will be grippy on most things, and it is a definite upgrade from my normal pads on my laptop. This ensures not only it doesn't rip off from being to grippy, but also slides in backpacks well still, but not slide off slanted tables (Cause school tables suck). Overall very useful. Don't expect this to be anti-slip tape for flooring, this is for stuff you put on tables.
