This cool looking steamer is the best, beating the little cheaper wannabe steamers that can't. It is a bit pricey but with this brand you're getting what you're paying for. I sew, crochet, knit, and this steamer really puts out the steam. It heats up within seconds and is ready to steam your stuff. I wish the tank was a little larger but is not a negative. It doesn't leak, or spit. I've had excellent experiences with the Rowenta line of products.

This 3-in-1 Steamer (Rowenta Pure Force) straightens out the wrinkles in my clothes in 10-15 minutes. This is a great product to invest in! I also love the amount of water it holds. This is a must have and a must buy!

I was very disappointed with this steamer. It arrived, but it failed to produce any steam from the very first use, even after several attempts. The unit only beeps, randomly switches between different settings, and overheats without actually steaming. I followed the instructions carefully, but nothing worked. It appears to be defective right out of the box. I would appreciate a replacement, as I was looking forward to using this product and hope the issue is limited to the unit I received. Unfortunately, based on my experience with this one, I cannot recommend it.

Worked very well as a steam iron on my pants made from rough heavy material. The steamer is large and bulky for a handheld but I suppose it's because it can be used as a steamer iron also. It has an extremely large steam output on the high settings. The directions recommend using tap water because it contains minerals. Instructions state that using water without minerals such as distilled water and purified water can cause a low steam output and goes on to explain in detail why. My review is based on me being 1st time owner of a steamer.

I was so excited to get this handheld steamer from Rowenta, since I had one of their valet stand garment steamers for years, but just got rid of it due to calcification. Anyhow, it is made of quality materials and looks sturdy. Steam was of high output. However, I looked at the ground and there was water spots everywhere. I sat the unit down to go into my kitchen to get paper towels, and lifted up the unit and there was a ring of water shaped like the base. I thought let me unplug this right now since the cord is at the base of the steamer. I just don’t think this should happen for $129.00 so therefore, I am returning it. Looks like I’ll go back to my valet garment steamer after all.

I bought this Rowenta hand steamer and it only worked once. The plug is not compatible with standard outlets, and when I used an adapter, it immediately burned it. I tried two more adapters and even a power strip – all got fried. Now the steamer doesn’t turn on at all. Extremely disappointed and honestly concerned about the safety of this product. Used only once and it’s completely useless now.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE. I got this “fancy”’ steamer thinking it would perform great but instead it broke merely a month of usage. When it finally started working again after leaving it untouched, it stopped working correctly ever since. I had a cheap steamer before which lasted 2 years with no failure. Save your money and get something else.
