EUPHERBIA Blue Salt Coarse, Rare Mineral Low Sodium Salt, 227g Refill

I have friends that are always complaining about my lack of sophisticated seasonings, so I got the set of white, blue, and pink salts. This salt is actually quite good and a reasonable price. And with the see-through grinders, it makes a nice display on the table. Now they can go back to complaining about my cooking.

I love this salt, it has a great flavor. I use it on everything I can. It’s my favorite with eggs. I just wish I could get it in a little bit finer ground.

The salt tastes good and it has minerals which makes it better. The quality is good and it makes soups more delicious. It’s definitely worth subscribing to. I put some in a grinder for freshly ground salt which is somehow more delicious than the already grounded one.

This salt is so good, it’s my second time getting it.

There was an abundance of salt dust, fine salt and small salt crystals making it totally unusable for any salt mill. Plus it is non returnable. I sifted it to get as much of the small salt powder and ground like size crystals as well as salt dust out and there was well over 2/3 of the bag unusable salt for any salt mill. This salt is a DEFINITE DON'T BUY! This is a picture of the amount I sifted out and some that didn't go through the sifter are still too small for a salt mill to grind properly. Being unaware at first and put it in my salt mill and it made a complete mess of it and it took quite a while to clean all of the stuck on salt from the grinder as well as the complete bottom and to get the salt dust out of the the salt storage reservoir. Addendum: It is now October 1, 2025 Apparently Euphorbia after seeing my negative review contacted me and offered to sent me a replacement bag of this salt which was a big surprise to me. It appears that their customer service is excellent. I received the replacement bag on September 26, 2025. I haven't opened the bag to use it yet as I still have plenty of salt in my electric mill. I'll keep you posted on the results. They said the previous bag I received was probably damaged from handling during shipping. We'll see! It is October 4th now and I did have a chance to use the replacement bag of this salt from Eupherbia and this bag was considerably better and quite different than the first bag I purchased. There was much less salt powder, dust and small pieces of ground like salt and much more larger crystals. The salt crystals aren't as large as some other salts but this replacement bag of salt works well in my electric salt mill. Now the only thing to consider is if the expensive cost is worth it to you personally.

Really good level of potassium, with a low sodium count still taste like sea salt to a certain extent very nice and pleasant tasting salt.

Great product. Doesn’t have the salty and aftertaste that the other salts do. It’s an awesome product and I feel better knowing it’s ancient. No contamination. Thank you for this Iran and Canada company.

I like this product very much. You need very little on food as extremely salty and tasty (if you like salt) means I use less salt which is my aim. Good to know it contains good minerals etc. A bit expensive but will last a long time as so little needed. Nicely packaged and arrived quickly

I'm currently (probably indefinitely) on heart medications as of last fall and I needed to cut down on my sodium. I discovered this product and I really like it. I love having stovetop popcorn multiple evenings a week and I wasn't willing to give that up completely. I use whatever oil I have on hand (usually sunflower if I can find it) instead of butter, and coat it with this blue salt. I've actually come to love the flavour it adds. I like it on my popcorn more now than regular salt. It's decent for cooking or salting your food as well, but it's quite expensive so I use it sparingly for that. We've found no salt spices for that. I'm giving it 5 stars for it's taste and provides a health solution for me. I do, however, wish that the package was a bit bigger. It's $18-20 depending on if you get the sale, and it last me about 3-4 months. Not bad, but compared to table salt which can last a year or more for half that price... I would give it 4.5 starts if I could just for the quantity/price ratio.
