Lash XTNDR Mascara, Pitch Black

I have spent hundreds of dollars in recent years trying to find a good mascara. In desperation I tried this one. I figured for such a low price it's probably no good, but it can't hurt to try. Being completely honest, it does flake, slightly, but nowhere nearly as much as the more expensive brands I've tried. Otherwise it is perfect. It lengthens nicely, separates lashes, doesn't clump, not one little clump and stays looking nice all day. It washes off with warm water and a wash cloth. And it is a price that I am more than happy to pay!

I’ve tried so many mascaras, and this one is easily my favorite. It gives my lashes great length and definition without making them look super clumpy or heavy. I love that it gives that longer, more separated lash look while still looking natural. It also wears really well throughout the day, and I don’t feel like I’m constantly checking for smudging or flakes. I honestly keep coming back to this one because it just works. Definitely 5 stars from me and one of my favorite mascaras I’ve used!

Surprisingly good. It lengthens my lashes and the best part is that it’s easy to remove. It doesn’t smear under my eyes, which are somewhat oily. Great find for an inexpensive mascara.

I’m in the process of testing out multiple mascaras to find one that fits my face and a natural look. I ended up getting soft black and I think it turned out pretty well. It dries slower than most tubing mascara which I liked because I was able to use my comb and separate a few lashes. It was easy to apply and the brush was great, I didn’t find it messy. The pic is at the end of the day. It stayed on well but if you get any sort of water, Delaware, or tears, you will get little pieces of black polymer under your eyes. I found it really easy to remove by rinsing gently with warm water only. I’d probably do a brown in the future for a more natural look, but this one would be night time for me. It’s a good deal! GREAT mascara. I couldn’t wear regular mascara without looking like a raccoon at the end of the day, no mater what I did. Tried at least 20 brands/references, sealing, powdering; all of it. I decided I needed to move to tube mascara but wasn’t sure which. Based on the reviews I bought this one and the Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky Tubes Tubing Mascara and to keep it short BUY this ELF one. The other one did smudge while the ELF lasted ALL DAY without running. Love it and will forever stick to this one. PS: I’ve also learned from these two that tubing mascara doesn’t elongate lashes like regular mascaras, I believe in part because of the brush they use. So if you seek show stopping length and fullness, tube mascara is not for you. Id go for it more for the smudge resistance.

This mascara formula is great, it’s workable and buildable while wet and then sets with a rubbery finish when dry. I’ve found it’s best to layer it while it is still wet to avoid my lashes clumping together. Definitely a bit of a learning curve avoiding clumps, you have to work quickly if you want to use more than one coat. Once it’s dry you cannot brush it out and apply another coat, it actually just peels off. Still, very long lasting with no fallout or transferring. However, I *HATE* the brush/wand that it comes with. The bristles are very short and it’s perfectly straight so it’s a pain to get even coverage on all of my lashes. I’ve actually abandoned the wand it came with and replaced it with a wand from a lash paradise mascara that happens to fit perfectly in this tube. I highly recommend keeping your favorite mascara wands, washing them and using those with this mascara.

I really like this mascara and honestly think it’s an amazing value for the price. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t clump, and makes my lashes look soft and natural while still adding noticeable length. I’ve purchased it twice now in two different colors, and I’ve been very happy with both. In the past, I’ve bought much more expensive mascaras like MAC Cosmetics and Thrive Causemetics, and this one performs just as well for a fraction of the cost. It lasts all day without smudging or flaking, and I never end up with the “raccoon eyes” that can happen with some cheaper mascaras. For the quality, wear time, and price, I really can’t ask for more. I highly recommend this mascara and will definitely continue purchasing it again in the future.

This tubing mascara is really nice, especially for the price. I've used Thrive before, and this may be a bit of a knock-off for Thrive, but I actually seem to like the e.l.f. one better. It applies with the right amount of wetness and washes off with ease. No smell, no running, smearing, flaking...a great mascara for me!

Erfüllt genau die Versprechungen, die der vielgehypte Maybelline Sky High Mascara verspricht, aber nicht hält. Beide Mascaras funktionieren mit der Tubing-Technologie, während dieser hier im Vergleich zum Sky High ein festes Bürstchen hat, mit dem man die Wimpern schön gezielt modellieren kann. So einen reinen marketing-wirksamen Quatsch wie dieses flexible Bürstchen vom Sky High hat dieser Mascara hier überhaupt gar nicht nötig, denn das Ergebnis überzeugt ganz einfach! In knapp 5 min. morgens in 2 - 3 Schichten Wimpern, die WIRKLICH wie Lash Extensions aussehen! Die 3. Schicht brauche ich auch eigentlich nur, um manche der Spitzen noch mal gezielt nachzumodellieren, um dem ganzen noch mal eine Schippe draufzuhauen. Das Ergebnis sieht laaaang, geschwungen, aufgeräumt und gepflegt aus und es übersteht auch mal ein längeres Nickerchen sehr gut! Kein Bröckeln und Verschmieren und abends sieht's noch aus wie frisch getuscht. Dazu das leichte und wimpernschonende Entfernen mit nur etwas warmem Wasser! Perfekt! Als weiteren Vergleich habe ich noch die Catrice Glam & Doll Easy Wash Off probiert. Das Auftragen ist ebenso leicht und schnell gemacht, allerdings reicht mir persönlich das Ergebnis nicht aus. Im Vergleich zur Elf Lash Xtndtr ist es deutlich weniger intensiv - die Wimpern sehen extrem natürlich aus, so als wären sie gar nicht getuscht - selbst nach mehreren Schichten. Man kann einfach keine Intensität damit aufbauen! Mag ich persönlich nicht so. Deshalb: Elf Lash Xtndtr rules 😁

Best mascara I’ve used. I have oily skin and fairly long eyelashes, the two combined means I used to always have black smudges under my eyes. I’ve tried expensive mascaras that are supposed to be smudge proof or suitable for oily skin but I got the same panda look from all of them. I’d have to check my make up constantly to make sure the panda hadn’t returned or that I didn’t have mascara goop in the corner of my eyes. Waterproof mascara was no good either due to wearing contacts. Then, while looking online for the next one to try, I found a review for this one and I’m so glad I did. It’s the best mascara I’ve ever had. It does not budge during the day, no more panda eyes, no more mascara goop and at the end of the day it looks as fresh as it did when I put it on. Plus it’s so easy to remove and when it’s removed your eyelashes are completely mascara free, no more waking up with mascara residue in the morning. I can’t recommend it enough and it’s a great price
