As someone who used to dry scoop their creatine, this is such a good concept! To start off, the taste of the creatine is amazing. Tastes like a strawberry lemonade from a casual restaurant. I like that the powder doesn't clump up once you add water, it almost instantly dissolves into its liquid form. It is paired perfectly with a 16oz water bottle ( not too sweet not too washed out) and overall the price was great. I'm sure there are cheaper creatines on the market, but for the plain old creatine, it is hard to stay consistent on it because it's such a bad flavor to put in your mouth, while this one i almost even drink it for fun because it tastes good. As far as results, Ivebeen on it for about a month and i've actually noticed i haven't got bloated (i drink a lot of water with it) and i might be seeing some gains! It comes with an easy scoop to use daily as well. Will definitely be buying again.

Great product, been using it for a month so far, I’ve noticed some subtle difference between now and a month ago. But you have to be consistent in drinking at least 5-6 water bottles a day after drinking it. Drink it early in the morning and ALSO drink it also on rest days. Very tasty and effective. You will feel bloated the first two weeks but after that, you will see you will have more energy. I love it so far, would recommend, I’ll be updating every month.

This is so tasty and I could tell a difference from using it! Downside is it doesn’t fully dissolve even if you use more water, so the end is a little gritty. If you add too much water you lose most of the flavor. Great flavor though! To me worth the mixability issue for the taste.

Oooh! Found this brand on instagram. And I loved their marketing. I was looking for a new creatine product that wasn’t nasty or in gummy form. The flavor is really good. It dissolves well. I mixed this with my pre workout before a run. The price is kind of unbeatable. Cute packaging. I can’t wait to try their other products. This one is a for sure buy if you’re on the fence.
