I use this with the Apex Development MedMod EDC IFAK, attaching the loop side of the TQ holder to the back of the "Deck" between the belt clips where the "Mini GP" pouch would normally go, and then attaching "Mini GP" pouch to hook side of the TQ holder. So, the hook & loop panel on this TQ holder is sandwiched as a layer between the "Deck" hook panel and "Mini GP" pouch loop panel. The width is perfect to fit in that spot, and the hook & loop panels work perfectly well with the hook & loop on the Apex MedMod. Apex makes their own TQ Dangler for this use. THIS TQ holder is about the same price, but arrived the next day instead of waiting weeks. The elastic band holds my Snakestaff 1.5" EDC TQ perfectly. It holds snug enough to keep the TQ safe & secure, but I can still pull the TQ out easily with a firm one-handed pull. We'll see how well it all (and especially the elastic band) holds up with use. Damaged / ripped my shirt
Had it on my gun belt, and the velcro ripped / damaged my shirt from the side. Careful using it

Good TQ holder
It does exactly as advertised. Simple product, works best with two-layer battle belts. Fits a Cat-5 TQ

Good for a while
Works well enough, but after a short time the holder begins to loosen

POM MK3 pepper spray holder
Works perfect for quick attach onto my Hunter Constantine inner belt with soft loop Velcro as the holder has the hook side. I use it to carry a POM MK3 pepper spray rotated staged so i can easily get my finger under the safety flap to depress the spray button.
