Can this be used inside new summerhouse as a preventative measure ?

I don’t see any reason why not. I used it as a preventative in my loft. I applied it using a Spear & Jackson pump spray, making it very easy & quick to apply. It forces it into all the nooks & crannies & it soaks into the wood straight away. It is always best to wear a mask for protection, but there is very little odour, & it is not inflammable as some of the other brands are that have the obnoxious smell. I would certainly recommend this product.

What to use for window frame rot to stop rain permeating through?

I used this for wood boring insects in the railway sleepers in the garden. It was excellent and after two treatments the job was done! I would definitely recommend.
