Well made, easy to use, works as described, and I feel like this will help get me back to the stretch that I want to. It is nice that it is adjustable for short or tall people.

This device assists in doing pull ups or chin ups. It provides a lot of assistance or a small amount of resistance depending on how many of the rubber bands are used. All three bands were too much assistance for me but I only weigh about 80 lbs. The heavier you are, the more assistance is usually needed. Sturdy and safe. It has a spot for both of your feet unlike others where you can only use one foot to assist.

Their an excellent product regardless, but it doesn’t seem to work as well as hoisting you up to the top as much as you’d like if your 5ft or under, generally if you’re a few inches up beyond that then it might suffice or work. It can certainly get you in the air, for starters but even setting it on the top height setting you’d still only be able to hang in the air with little support to try to lift yourself up as much as you might prefer. For me the tool was something to get myself in the air first, then try to transition all my weight on myself alone to try to reach the top. It doesn’t really help you with anything unless you need that extra expense in the start. But amazing product for others above that height🥳💫🙌 Super well-made.

This item works as needed. It’s somewhat awkward. It takes a little getting used to. Otherwise it does assist the user enough to allow me to perform complete reps, eventually allowing less resistance. Keeping this apparatus will always help anyone even if you fall off. I can always return to using this item especially if I must reiterate the beginning stages again and again!!

for a big guy who has turned 60 and doing a pull up at my age is a definite struggle, this has been excellent. The range of motion and muscle groups involved in these exercises became accessible with these assistance bands. They are high quality and do exactly what is advertised. Based on where i am in my training, i can add or take off bands and do 10-20 pull ups and feel good about the work, rather than just leaving this exercise out of my circuit training.

Used it for about a month so I can get used to pull ups, I can finally do pull ups on my own! This things a beauty, now I just use it todo burn out sets. Easy to use, makes workout easy, range of motions good, im 6'1 and it works with me, so size is good. Its pretty durable no problems.

I use these at the wellness center where I work and at first our participants were hesitant to try them. Some of our fluffy guys thought they might break it, but I told them not to worry and how safe it was and just give it a try. Once they did, they warmed up to it and loved it. The next day they felt the soreness in their forearms and lats, which let me know it was working. I tried it out myself and felt the muscles it targets too. I told them we’ll be using it again next week to help grow those muscles. Strong, comfortable, and worth it for Beginners or to target the lats and forearms.

excellent quality, everything seems to be very solid. I have no worries about it breaking while being used, which was my number 1 concern while looking for something like this.

Es un engaño. Había comprado el mismo producto pero en color rojo con el mismo vendedor y en esta ocasión me mandaron un producto similar de pobre calidad que no se compara con la compra previa. Si pudiera colocar estrellas negativas lo haría.
