Best for puffy eyes and dark circles

I wouldn’t recommend it for that personally but would for fine lines and creases. I find ‘Avon Anew Clinical Absolute Even‘ the best for dark circles and puffiness

what is the percentage of the retinol?

We use 0.3% retinyl propionate, which has been confirmed to be an effective concentration. We also use retinol itself, but for proprietary reasons don’t disclose the exact amount.
