Better than expected!!!!!!
My Spiralizer arrived on time. I had just purchased zucchini, summer squash, butternut squash, onion, rutabaga and bell peppers to be ready to try this gadget out. First, "gadget" does not do this justice. It is a well made solid piece of kitchen equipment. It took a few moments only to get it ready to go. Zucchini was my first choice. I looked in the small instruction manual for which blade to use and it said all blades. Ok, for a newbie that's not helpful but there are so many GREAT instruction videos on the Brieftons site that it was easy to find one that gave me more specific directions. I slid the blade in, cut the ends off the zucchini and spun. Whoops...forgot the suction....a quick flip of the lever and the device was attached to the counter as if i'd bolted it. Spun again and out came strings of perfectly spiraled zucchini. It was that easy. I got to the end and pulled back the spinner. Out came a 1/4 inch or so of zucchini end along with the coolest tube of uncut zucchini from the middle. That core was delicious, a cooks benefit. Next up was summer squash which of course is nearly identical. Then Bell Pepper, I was amazed that bell pepper was suggested but what the heck. So I cut the top stem off and dug around inside to get the seeds out. Changed the blade to the one suggested in the video on the site and spun....wow, spiralized bell pepper. I'd never seen it and frankly wouldn't have believed it. Well by now I had quite a bit of food for dinner for two but I couldn't help but try an onion. Besides it would add a little zest to the meal, so I cut a fairly large onion in half, skinned it and stuck it in, spiral onion. I wasn't sure what would happen when pushing through something with the internal leaves of an onion but again, great results. So....now....well by now I did have a bunch of pieces of vege all over the Spiralizer. It was time to clean it up. This is a task that many times kills the love of a kitchen device. I loved my mandolin (not Brieftons, haven't tried theirs) till I had to clean it. And looking at the spiralizer it didn't look like it would be that easy. Well I was wrong, it was a snap to clean with a simple kitchen sink brush. Within 2 or 3 minutes every part was clean and put away. I will say I'm not one to dry things too diligently so it might take a little longer if you are fussy about that but it was easy. This thing is way better than I expected and even a little better than my most optimistic hopes. My next adventure is to get a lot of vege's and freeze the results. Off to see what it does to an Apple..... Update after 8 months. It's even better because I know more about how to use it. And I tried freezing Zucchini and Beets and they come out of the freezer perfect from ziplock bags. So now I buy several lbs of either one at a time and spiralize a bunch putting 12 oz in zip locks for 2 person dinners and freezing. The suction continues to work the entire time. I can easily do 5 lbs of zucchini in about 10 to 15 minutes. Beets take a little longer because I peel them. I'm still amazed and this is THE BEST KITCHEN ACCESSORY I've ever bought. Obviously from the reviews I'm in good company.

I'm happy I got it. I'm excited to keep experimenting.
I was so excited. The spirolizer arrived yesterday evening. I’d been contemplating buying one for about a month. After five months of lockdown, entertaining myself in the kitchen with cooking up a storm; baking which I would normally never do, I got bored. I’m tired of chopped green salads with every meal! So, I started experimenting with raw vegetables. As I do the day to day cooking and my husband occasionally cooks one or other of his tasty party dishes, I was looking for an easier way to make small batches of fresh different vegetable salads. He does not like left overs. This machine seemed ideal. Perhaps starting with cabbage to make coleslaw for my very first attempt using this machine was not so smart. I think I need more experience. I used 1/4th of a huge cabbage with the slicing blade and ended up with large flakes that I re-chopped manually. (It’s possible I’d do better shredding in the processor, but I haven’t tried that yet.) Next came the carrot, peeled as required. This was more successful. I ended up with 5mm and then 2mm little moons that I chopped smaller. I love KFC coleslaw and wanted to end up with a similar fine chop. So two cups of cabbage, plus one carrot, two tablespoons of minced red onion and 1/2 cup of dressing made one cup of coleslaw. Success! Something we can finish in about one sitting. And, I can see many uses, fresh or cooked, for the left over core. On lockdown it’s just the two of us. I had some difficulty removing the 5mm blade out of its storage place in the unit. I had to depress the lock nub with a knife to finally get it to come out. I will file the nub down a tiny bit to make it release better, but not fall out. The unit is easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean and stores compactly all as described. The plastic is sturdy and of good quality. There is never a danger of grinding off the points on the vegetable holder as the slider is designed to stop before they hit the blades. I’m sure that with experience and a variety of different vegetables I will become much more proficient and successful. I’m excited to keep trying. The pictures show my effort with the carrot which was more successfull than the cabbage. The carrot needed to be about 6" long or it wobbled and bent in the middle as I pressed it through the machine. They show how it automatically stops before grinding off the points on the holder. Also the left over core and end when finished spiralizing. I had not realized that carrots would stain the plastic. Although I washed the pieces immediately I still needed a magic sponge to make everything white again. Next comes zuchinis.

Outstanding easy to use spiralizer
I have been "spiralizing" for a couple of years now, I started out with a hand spiralizer (yuk) then went to an inexpensive spiralizer with four blades, it works okay but I have to chase it all over the counter because it has terrible suction. Lately I have been spiralizing quite a bit more and with the peak produce season upon us I decided that it was time for an upgrade. Unfortunately I believed all the hype about "The Inspiralizer" and purchased one. What a mistake, I don't know if I received a defective model or what but it sure didn't work and their customer service was a joke. It had great suction but I couldn't get it to spiralize anything, all I got was chips and slices. Fortunately I was able to return it to Amazon for a refund, but now I had to start my research again. Low and behold up pops the Brieftons Spiralizer, I watched all the videos, read all the reviews and went over the questions and answers and it sure sounded good. I was all set to order the 5 blade model when I saw they introduced two more blades and now had a seven blade model for only a couple bucks more and it also included a storage/catch tray with a lid. Well, I think I am in love, when you lock this down it doesn't move until you unlock it, even if you are spiralizing hard red beets. So far I have done zucchini, red beets, sweet potatoes, onions, potatoes, apples and carrots and everything has come out wonderful and the catch tray actually catches everything. I can't wait to go to our local Farmers Market next week to stock up on more stuff to spiralize, vacuum seal and freeze for winter. This product is outstanding, the blades are very easy to replace and lock in securely and are very east to clean. The instruction booklet that is included has a wealth of information and step by step directions on the use, cleaning, storage and even how to take the whole thing apart to fit it in a drawer. I can honestly say this was one of the best purchases I have made.

ZOODLES
So far I used it once and made zoodles zucchini and yellow squash. Came out pretty good, changed blades once to get desired thickness. It's my first use ,so far, so good. It's a win .

It’s Worth The Money - Buy It!
I ordered my Spiralizer as an Amazon Prime customer after buying some zucchini and summer squash. I was very disappointed that I wouldn’t get it until May 6, 2020, because of the current COVID-19 pandemic. But, I fully understood that precautions have to taken and that essentials have higher priority, so I understood. Much to my surprise, the Spiralizer shipped early and it arrived today (Sunday) via the US Postal Service! After taking all precautions with the box, I opened my Spiralizer and proceeded to familiarize myself with it. I did not read the directions carefully, and I initially struggled to get the blade holder loose. (I should have.) My son assisted me, and I read the instructions carefully. We totally disassembled the unit, washed and dried all of the parts, and then reassembled it. I did not need to watch the videos, but it was nice to know that they were available if I needed them. Once I selected one of my zucchini squash, I selected the 2mm blade and cut the ends off my zucchini. I attached it to the Spiralizer and started cutting. The most awkward part of the whole process was using my left hand to keep the pressure constant as I turned the handle with my right hand. That is why I gave it 4 stars for “Easy to use“. However, the end product was just as I expected - angel hair zucchini noodles! It was fast and efficient, and the noodles were delicious! I cut up the core and the endpiece, and ate it with my rice bowl - no waste. Next, my son tried the curly fries blade using Yukon Gold potatoes and we were not disappointed! Even though it was after dinner, I turned on the cooker fryer just so we could fry some of them. They cooked up crispy and delicious! The bottom line is that this little manual spiralizer works! The blades are very sharp, the suction cup holds firmly (I have a granite countertop), and the unit and blades are easy to clean. I have only had it for a few hours, and I am pleased with my purchase. I have many kitchen gadgets and this newest one is already one of my favorites! I am so happy that my Spiralizer came sooner than anticipated. This versatile unit costs a lot less than others on the market, and I am glad that I did not buy a Spiralizer as an attachment to my professional mixer. With seven blades, it does a lot! As the title says, “It’s Worth The Money - Buy It!”

Easy & Quick Way to a New World of Eating
I *just* used the Spiralizer the first time. I love it! * Easy setup * Easy cleaning (tho having a brush handy will be useful to remove stuck-in-the-blade veggie). * Easy to spin (tho I used only zucchini so far); easy, but perhaps elderly might find it slightly hard to push a veggie into the blade. Zucchini presented a *little* more resistance than I expected. But really, it's not much difficulty at all. Yet to see about tougher veggies like a beet. * I love the option of 7-blades for extra versatility at just (currently) a couple dollars more over the 4-year older model with just 5 blades. * Grateful for the included rectangular catch/storage tray. You really do need a "square" container to catch the veggies because they will fall off to the side (onto your counter) with a rounded bowl. And, you need a low catch-container (as is the included tray) because the base of the crank-handle assembly moves over the bowl (extends to about a couple inches over the bowl) as you spiral toward the end of your veggie. So you need a container that's not very tall. * Grateful too for the many included ebooks with purchase. Tho there are a ton of recipes online at various websites, too. * The printed manual in the box has a super helpful two-page chart of various veggies, ideal blades for them, what to make with that veggie, how to cook (or not) and storage tips for that veggie. * All in all, great! And inexpensive for the healthier me that I'll become. I was getting so bored with the same ol' foods all the time and the Spiralizer will bring diversity to my diet, healthier options to be sure, and it's quick to use. Meals with it are generally pretty quick to make, and it all really couldn't be easier. It's opened up a whole new way of cooking & eating. That's all pretty cool for such a bargain price.

Wonderful device. Lots of documentation. Online videos. Can't think of anything this Spiralizer is lacking.
This device was delivered before I expected it, so shipping was very timely. It comes in a very sturdy box. On each side and the top of the box are diagrams and graphs about its use. I plan to store imy spiralizer in that box because the information on the box is so useful. There are suggestions and explanations and pictures and charts about all of the blades and what they would be best used for. It is easy to put together and very intuitive to use (I'm the kind of person who just jumps in and figures the thing out and then go back to the instructions for fine tuning my approach). This company seems to really care about their customers and they have provided a comprehensive user manual which has a link to product demo videos. The user manuel has color pictures of many vegetables, how to prepare them, how to cook them, how to store them, which blade might be best... and more. It is also clear about what vegetables are not good with the spiralizer. The Spiralizer is very easy to clean. I had a bit of carrot stain but that went away with a fingerful of 'Barkeepers Friend' cleaner. Having this device means that I will waste less of the vegetables I buy. I just did a whole cabbage head easily and have it stored to use for meals later on. Usually I end up tossing much of it away because I don't really like standing around slicing cabbage so I don't get good at that. I sent the older version to my sister months ago and I asked if she still uses it. She does several times a week and she loves it. She said it has improved her diet a lot. She told me that now she can try all kinds of new vegetables that were just too time consuming and hard to chop without the spiralizer. She said she has never had a single problem with it. This machine is the same quality as the one I sent to her but with more blades. I think I will send her the new version this Christmas (but she can't have mine).

The Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer: A Responsive, Easy-to-Use Professional and Household Workhorse
Brieftons has super-fast shipping, outstanding products and customer service, and this 7-Blade spiralizer is a joy to operate. It is: easy to use; ultra-responsive, fast-working; and bundled with 7 super-sharp Blades. This is their most comprehensive spiralizer, to date (2018)! NOTE: Brieftons is one of the very few spiralizers on the market today that offers a 7-Blade model. Brieftons anticipates that what people spiralize today will change as their spiralizing needs change in the future. Therefore, having more Blades to choose from is a necessity. For example, I have never seen or used a Wavy Slicer Blade before. Because I have tried this new Blade on this unit, and love it, I will now always use it to make home-made crinkle potato chips. If you have a (hot) air-fryer or a convection or regular oven, you will now be able to make your own, healthier potato chips. This one Blade then revolutionizes what you can create to eat in your own food repertoire and diet! Spiralizers that come with only 3 Blades, for example, are now limited as to what spiralizer buyers can and will be able to produce in the future. Therefore, having more spiralizer Blades means having more ways to expand a buyer’s food choices – now and in the future - to prepare healthier food for all types of recipes, which spiralizers as a whole are supposed to do! A. GENERAL NOTES: 1. Take the spiralizer out of the box. Note that the unit comes 99% assembled (but first, the plastic caddy needs to slide off of the Platform rails). THE VEGETABLE HOLDER NEEDS TO BE SCREWED INTO THE HANDLE ON THE PLATFORM. (See the Manual, on page 3 at the bottom.) The 7-Blade is easy to store, with 4 extra Blades held in the plastic Blade Storage Caddy/ container, while 2 other Blades are kept under the unit and a third is inserted into the Blade Rack. The 7 Blades are: 2mm, 3mm, 5 mm, 12 mm, the Flat Slicer, the Wavy Slicer, and the Curly Fry Blade. 2. Wash the unit and all 7 Blades in warm, soapy water to remove any industrial any manufacturing residue that might exist. Then, dry everything fully before using. 3. Some olive oil should be rubbed on the Platform slide and then, the slide tracks should be oiled to eliminate squeaks and to allow constant ease in spiralizing. Reapply when needed. 4. For spiralizing, I don’t use the light-green Side Handle because it is more comfortable for me to use my left hand, instead, to hold the Blade plate secured into the Rack. Some people, however, may find that using the side handle is more comfortable for them. 5. To more securely grasp the food, you may want to stab/ poke food ends before inserting them into the Holder on one side and the small, round, metal Spindle core on the Blade plate, on the other end. 6. Use a large square plate, a thin cutting board, or a cut-resistant food mat to collect food. 7. Brieftons spiralizers typically produce 3-5+ foot-long food spirals, which are beautiful to see coming out of the unit and are great for dinner party guests to see to go ‘ooh and aah’. I sometimes take the kitchen shears, however, to cut down the lengths, to make them easier to eat. Using these shears is a safe activity that children could do to help out their parents when they spiralize. 8. Always peel hard foods like sweet potato, first, to make them faster to spiralize. I use the Brieftons super-sharp Vegetable Peeler (also with Japanese #420 stainless steel blades) when I peel any food. I then toss all peels into our food (as well as cores, etc.). 9. Note that there is a very practical Platform slide safety mechanism, which stops this slide slightly before reaching the Rack (with the food in the Blade), preventing the Platform slide from running into the teeth of the Holder and damaging them; this is one feature that many spiralizers don’t have, and it is an important one to have to save time by not having to think about when to stop working. In essence, throughout the entire spiralizing process, the user starts and uses the unit with speed, and finally stops with ease. 10. Blade insertion and removal is so easy, yet the Blades lock securely into the Blade Rack base on the Body, to protect the user and surrounding people who are nearby, from having unsecured blades pop out and do injury. 11. Note that the Blades are super-sharp, so they must be handled with care. As a precaution, the user may want to wear special gloves that are: cut-resistant/ cut-proof, ‘no-cut’, safety (stainless steel) when handling and cutting while using sharp objects like knives and blades. 12. When the unit is flipped over, there is 1 big rubber Suction Pad on the right side, under the Lock Lever, with a rubberized light-green bumper on the edge under the Rack; both are needed to secure the unit down onto the counter/ marble cutting board. Watch my vid and note that this spiralizer (like all Brieftons tabletop units) picks up my 11.25 pound (5 kilo) marble cutting board with ease. This means that the Pad is strong enough to do work. Thus, it is imperative to keep the Suction Pad and the cutting board surface always clean before doing any work. 13. When securing the Suction Pad onto the marble board/ non-porous counter, be sure to firmly grasp the unit Lock Lever to be able to have adequate shoulder/ arm strength to push the Lever DOWN to secure the Pad. (See the Manual at the top of page 6.) 14. Cleaning is done by using a small, soft brush to remove food bits from the Blades, the unit Holder, and the Spirilizer Body under running tap water, and then adding DISH SOAP and BAKING SODA all the while brushing and cleaning the Blades under the tap constantly. For foods that stain (sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, etc.), after removing the food bits with the brush and washing with the dish soap and baking soda, form a paste with these 2 items: let them sit for 20 minutes, scrub these areas with the brush, and rinse. Repeat at 20 minute intervals if needed until all stains are removed. Doing this seems to temper the plastic to guard against having to do many future paste intervals. (This is a similar process to tempering a wok [maybe redoing it every so often], in order to create a pan that doesn’t stick in the future.) 15. NOTE: Because the accompanying video to this written review is less than 10 minutes long, I had many new things to cover with this review. Therefore, I had to drop some spiralizing that I usually do. Read and watch my other 2 Brieftons reviews to see me spiralize these foods and do these things. 1. THE 3 NEW BLADES ON THIS UNIT ARE: 1. the 12 mm Blade for making: pappardelle, which are long, flat, fettucine-like noodles (Take a sharp knife and slit 1 ditch on one side of the food down to the center before spiralizing. [See page 10 of the Manual.] The result will be noodles instead of long, flat spiral-like noodles.) 2. the Wavy Slicer Blade for making: crinkled potato chips (Take a sharp knife and slit 1 ditch on one side of the food down the center before spiralizing. [See page 10 of the Manual.] The result is flat chips instead of spirals.) 3. the Curly Fry Blade for making the only true-to-size 4.5-5 mm-wide curly fries on the market. D. PRODUCT & COMPANY INFORMATION: This Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer (2018) is a strong, sturdy lateral machine workhorse made of super-strong, long-lasting, impact-resistant, BPA-free ABS plastic and super-sharp (rust-free) Japanese #420 grade steel Blades. The 7-Blade hits the ‘sweet spot’ of price points, so that everyone can afford to buy one. This lateral unit is one that will be used in kitchens for years to come, and it will get more people to change their diets to eat more healthily. Brieftons has very fast processing and shipping times and outstanding Customer Service (the best that I have seen for any online product), with a 12 hour window for them to respond. Buyers can email: [email protected] and/ or call and leave a message: (571)-721-1848; A CS agent will always return an email or a buyer’s call. This company has been forming a strong core of people who spiralize, who want top-quality products, and who will stay with them in the long-term. This can only happen with honesty and transparency toward buyers, and Brieftons demonstrates this. E. THE BOTTOM LINE: The Brieftons 7-Blade (2018) has the following top qualities: 1. 7 Blades arranged in size: 2 mm Blade, 3 mm Blade, 5 mm Blade, 12 mm Blade, Flat Slicer Blade, Wavy Slicer Blade, and Curly Fry Blade 2. A Blade Rack release, so that the Rack doesn’t jimmy or wobble sideways and pull up to dislodge itself while doing work 3. A Blade Plate safety to lock into the Rack for faster spiralizing without having to think about when to stop working 4. Easy insert/ release of Blades 5. A 99% pre-assembled unit to use right away (after washing); just screw the Vegetable Holder into the Handle (and then slide the Platform back onto the rails of the base) 6. An extra plastic Blade Storage Caddy for 4 Blades 7. A small footprint for storing the entire spiralizer inside of the accompanying Plastic Storage Container and Lid or the Container and Lid can be used for food storage in the refrigerator (See pages 5 and 6 of the Manual.) 8. BPA-free, ABS sturdy plastic 9. #420 grade Japanese ultra-sharp Blades, which make for super-smooth, fast spiralizing 10. A very low price point and a much better quality than almost any other Brand name on the market, making this model affordable for everybody In sum, Brieftons is committed to bringing users the best products, and this model is its latest unit, a 7-Blade, which will take buyers into the future, to anticipate their future spiralizing needs. Watch my accompanying video to see how this buyer (me) walks you through using it. Pizza Recipe for Brieftons Spiralizers and the Presto Pizzazz Plus Pizza Oven CRUST CHOICE & INGREDIENTS FOR FRESH PIZZAS: Note: This a chewy, rather than crispy crust; many people also like heavy pizzas similar to those that are Chicago Deep-Dish, with lots of toppings but without the extra crust. This pizza recipe is, therefore, not like the Mediterranean-area pizzas, which have fewer toppings and less weight. (Note: This pizza is heavy!) This recipe crust choice is pre-made 14 oz. pizza dough (without preservatives) from the store. (Or the dough can be homemade.) INGREDIENTS: EVOO (extra virgin olive oil); oatmeal flour (made in the food processor from Quick Oats for pre-made dough); ½ of a 6 oz. jar of basil pesto sauce (store-bought or fresh); 1/2 jar of a 10 oz. tomato pesto sauce (store-bought or fresh); 2-4 cups of left-over slow cooker stir-fry and chicken in tomato sauce; freshly spiralized vegetables: zucchini, green bell and red bell peppers, onion, etc.; and packaged or freshly-grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, etc.) PIZZA-MAKING APPLIANCES/ TOOLS: 1. A Brieftons counter-top spiralizer; 2. A counter-top appliance pizza oven like the Presto Pizzazz Plus (or regular oven, outside grill, outside pizza oven, etc.); 3. A metal pizza peel (11.8” (W) X 14.1”(L)/ 21” including the extended movable handle) X 1.3” (H), the total height of the peel, handle, and screw) 4. 1 wooden spatula; 5. a 12” aluminum pizza pan (used as a liner pan to fit inside of the rotating tray of the counter-top pizza oven to preserve it or as the main pizza pan for the oven or other device); 6. a large 16” X 14” hardwood chopping board (acacia, maple, etc.) - with drain ditch all around the board - flipped over on its smooth, opposite side to get rid of the drain indentation, so that it doesn’t hinder cutting pizzas; 7. a 4” metal pizza cutter; and 8. a silicon basting brush to swirl EVOO on the aluminum pizza pan DIRECTIONS – FRESH, SPIRALIZED VEGETABLE & CHICKEN PIZZA WITH STORE-BOUGHT OR HOME-MADE DOUGH: A. PREPARATION STEPS FOR THE DOUGH AND ADDING THE TOPPINGS: (*Note: Spiralize all of the vegetables as a prep stage before starting the following steps or do it the day before. Step *8 requires that this be done beforehand.) 1. Remove the store-bought dough from the refrigerator to warm up at least 4 hours before making the pizza. (Or make your own dough. Note that there is no need to roll out the crust in this recipe.) 2. Take the silicone basting brush and swirl EVOO all over the inside of the 12” aluminum pizza pan (this will be placed inside of the pizza oven rotating pan if you use one; if not, it will be used inside of your oven or other device). Sprinkle some oatmeal flour onto the greased aluminum pan, so that the dough doesn’t stick when it bakes. 3. Open up the package of the warmed-up dough (or make your own), be sure to EVOO all over your hands, and then place the dough in an EVOO-greased bowl. With all fingers, press down the ball in the center and let the dough repeatedly work up all bowl sides with your fingertips, flipping it several times in the bowl, and continuing until the center part of the dough thins. Then, with both hands, lift the thinned-out cushion and begin finger-kneading it in the air, letting the dough hang and expand while you finger-press it and manipulate it from the center to the edge with your fingertips. Be sure to especially work on the thicker parts in the center, working downward/ outward while slowly rotating the lengthening disk to thin out the crust. This may take about 5-10 minutes, depending on how warm the dough is and how fast you work. 4. Place the partially stretched-out dough on the oiled and floured pan. Starting in the middle, use your fingertips to press/stretch the dough out to all of the sides evenly to touch the edge of the pan, evening the crust out as you do so. Then, take your fingertips to press all around the outer ¼” of the dough (this process resembles a string of pearls in which each pearl is the indentation of each fingertip, all ‘strung together’ around the pan). This helps keep the dough stretched and also forms a ‘crust-like’ section that will be exposed but won’t be covered with any toppings. 5. Take a fork and prick all around on the crust bed (but not the outer ¼” that will be exposed). The fork pricks keep the dough from developing air bubbles while the crust bakes. 6. Spoon out ½ jar each of the commercial basil and tomato pestos (or your own) in the center of the crust. Then, use a spoon to mix and spread the combined pestos out to the crust edge but leaving the outer ¼” edge clean. 7. Next, use a spoon to evenly place about 2-4 cups of slow-cooker leftover stir-fry vegetables mixed with diced chicken bits in tomato sauce all around the pie. *8. After that, add copious amounts of the vegetable spirals (zucchini, red and green bell peppers, and onions, etc.) made from your Brieftons spiralizer during prep time all over the pie. 9. Sprinkle on grated cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, etc.) over the other toppings. 10. At this point, note that this aluminum pizza pan will be heavy with all of the toppings, so lift the pan up with both hands and carefully place it inside of the counter-top pizza rotating pan (or in the oven, or other device). We use the Presto Pizzazz Plus pizza oven. B. THE BAKING PROCESS WITH RAW DOUGH CRUSTS: 11. Bake for the amount of time as per specifications. (With the Presto Pizzazz Plus, a counter-top pizza oven, the pizza is cooked on the LOWER dial placement for 13-14 minutes. Then, on the DUAL dial placement, the pizza is baked for the final 13-14 minutes. For baking the pizza in a regular oven or other device, consult the pizza recipe of your choice for baking times.) 12. When the pizza is finished baking, the entire aluminum pan is lifted up and off of the pizza oven tray (or out of the oven or other device) with the metal peel in one hand and a wooden spatula in the other; next, the pan is placed down on the wooden cutting board. After that, take the wooden spatula and run it around the edges of the pan, to loosen up the crust, continuing this activity into the center of the pie. At this point, the aluminum pan is tilted down (using a pot holder), so that the entire pie slides down and out of the pan with help of the wooden spatula with the other hand. Because the pie needs to rest for a minute or two to be firm enough to cut the pizza, use this time to place the aluminum pan in the sink, wash it with warm, soapy water, and immediately towel dry it. 13. Finally, the pizza is ready to cut. Take the pizza cutter and slice the pizza. Using your Brieftons counter-top spiralizer with all of your favorite vegetables should turn a good meal into a treasured weekly meal. If a group of people is large or there are many guests, have several spiralizers and counter-top pizza ovens, and let everyone design and make their own pies, with the exact toppings that they like. (One of my friends has 3 Presto Pizzazz Plus pizza ovens, so that everyone in her family can make their own pizzas, bake them, and eat together at the same time.) Brieftons inspires healthy, delicious, creative meals. Home-made pizza is only one of them.

Brieftons Vegetable Spiralizer
This is one of those kitchen gadgets you didn't know you wanted until you buy one. This is a brilliant kitchen tool, I love using it, so easy and simple but beautiful looking vegies on your plate. Highly recommend to anyone who is tired of boring vegies and wants a bit of extra pizzaz at mealtimes. And so versatile, you're only limited by your imagination!

Great concept, design, engineering and materials. And it's fun to use!
I received my Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer very speedily by courier, strongly boxed, and I'm amazed to find such high quality at this price point, with free delivery too ... the Briefton is a superbly presented tool, and so well made, (a huge bonus to find in a world where Far Eastern knock-offs so often disappoint). I am also very impressed with Briefton's PDF files and videos online. Their website is a treasure trove. My early experiments have been promising, and I'm sure it'll help me replace the pasta I can't eat with better veggie alternatives. I have no hesitation in recommending this kit, it's top quality and the handle turning, blade replacement and cleaning up tasks are simple, intuitive and secure, though the manual is a must-read. A little imagination allows the production of so many recipe variations. By making large surface area spirals, I'm sure it'll work great to make inputs my dehydrator. I always take care, but any fears about sharp parts can be solved by acquiring thick nitrile or Kevlar gloves. My only recommend to the firm is that the 12 page guide included, though very informative and comprehensive, being in A5 format, its very small print is a bit tough on my ageing eyes. I scanned it in the end, which worked well. I can't find a PDF for the main booklet on their site, but perhaps they'll add that to the others. There ARE many other useful videos and booklets on their site, though, and on other web sites too. The main online recipe sites show lots of results on a "spiralizer" search. This kit is certainly not merely for vegans or vegetarians, and the results look truly appetizing. It's fun to use, and I look forward to many spiralizing sessions with every potentiallly spiralizable vegetable. I shall certainly use it on the mooli radish in my kimchi, and for some fancy looking sauerkraut and fermented carrots.

Enjoy vegetables in different cuts and recipes
My new Briefton 7-blade spiralizer arrived one day before scheduled. Between 5-blade and 7-blade I decided to order the newest one and take advantage of many more options this precious small machine offers. For the last year I have been in transition to vegetarian, cutting off many things I used to eat. I have always liked vegetables, so I have not had too much problem on the transition. I have been cutting my vegies with a knife, sometimes a tedious task when in rush to eat something nice. It was by last Christmas celebration that I happen to accompany my family to a restaurant where after looking for a vegie dish I found and ordered a tasty Zuchini Noodles topped by cheese. I had to remove the cheese, for dairy products are not in my new diet. I enjoyed so much I wanted to know how to do that by myself. Someone mentioned machines doing this. It was then that I started searching for the best one available in the online market. I excellent reviews on the Briefton products, first the 5-blade spiralizer and all that it can make for anyone. But a new sign on it made me interested on the 7-blade spiralizer instead. I quickly ordered it via Amazon Canada from vendor TuluShop. I preparation for its arrival I bought a bunch of Zuchiny at the near store. As soon as I received my new Brieton 7-blade Spiralizer from the vendor (TuluShop), I did prepare my Zuchini Noodles w/ no cheese and it looked exactly as online pictured. I have now enjoyed this dish since then and I do not need to go to a restaurant for this anymore. I have also tried carrot noodles and combined with zucchini makes an excellent dinner. I have yet to try different vegetables like beets and others. The machine is so easy to use. It is just what I wanted and needed. For its purpose I think many others would be pleased to have like members of my family. I highly recommend this little machine to anyone enjoying vegetables
