They do work
Took a few days to work and had to use 2 patches but they stay on and definitely help me sleep longer than a couple of hours at a time .Will buy again

Well worth a shot, not too costly and make a difference,
I found these to be very good. They seem to keep me asleep with less periods of waking. That said results arenโt on the first night, it took a week or two. Iโm not getting a solid 8 hour sleep, but I do see an improvement in my sleep quality. Inexpensive, easy to apply, just takes a few nights to work out best position, mine is in the chest to shoulder area, as I found they tended to come off my arms.

Good quality and effective
Absolutely love these and don't go to bed without 2 of these on my skin. They really work and are very effective. Good quality and value for money. Recommend.

Patches stick to skin at least but that is it. Don't make any difference don't help with sleep. Don't bother.
