Excellent clippers, but a little noisy. Having two batteries is fantastic as you never have to stop halfway through clipping a horse. Recharging the batteries is much quicker than my previous clippers and hassle free as you just pop the used battery in the charging cradle. Great value for money. Easy to use as there's no cables, and not too heavy considering that the battery is in the handset.

So pleased to have gone battery powered! Was concerned about the weight of holding an additional battery.. Yes it is slightly heavier than my previous Listers with a battery pack but it's not caused me a concern. Have completed two full clips and still haven't had to charge up the battery. Arrived quickly and in a lovely metal case which I wasn't expecting so was a welcomed surprise. Comes with just one set of blades so now I know I'm happy with my clippers, I'll now order a spare set.

I’ve got small whal clippers, lightweight Liveryman and some heavy duty Wolseley clippers. I thought my Wolseley were amazing but I got mine out this year and granted, they prob need blades sharpening however, they were tiring. My horse looked like she’d been prepped for surgery by Edward scissor hands!I quickly searched Amazon and found these. Now I have never found cordless clippers which have been any use but to trim the face! But it was next day delivery and other ppl seemed to rate them. I gave them a go!OH MY GOODNESS!! These are AMAZING!! It’s like cutting through butter with a hot knife!! They just glided through my 16hh furry beast. Straight out of the box did a full clip and hogged my mare. Took an hour it was a doddle! No cords to trip over, it also meant I could sit under her to do her belly and stand on my mounting block to get to the top of her head etc without being close to power, or tangling myself in wires.they didn’t get hot- they got warm but not hot. My mare is really good to clip. She gets fed up but will stand without moving whilst I clip. I can see how handy these would be though for a horse which isn’t a fan of clipping!Ditch any others you have and get these! Well worth every penny!

This is my first set of clippers other than the dog ones I got for small trims. They charged quickly, in fact one battery was up and ready to go upon receipt. My first time clipping a full horse and it was so easy. The clippers are a little bit heavy at first, but you soon get used to them and they did a really good job and I did it all on just one battery. Very pleased with my purchase and they even come in a super smart briefcase type carrier. I would highly recommend

My daughter's pony is an old moor pony, with incredibly long, thick hair. Usually we spend most of Spring just plucking her, which she loves and by May/June, she's all good. However this year, due to The Beast From the East, she had her rug on much later in the year than normal and then we had a heatwave in May and she really struggled with the heat, so we decided to clip herHer field is a long way from a power source, so we had to get battery powered ones and did worry that they may not last long enough and we'd have a half clipped horse, whilst we recharged. That wasn't an issue, because there is a spare battery supplied. In fact one battery would be fine with someone that knows what they're doing and has a horse with less hair.The technique for clipping a horse took me about half an hour or so to get the hang of, but once I did, the clippers went through her hair with ease. If I had the technique mastered quicker, I would have finished before the battery lost power, but being on, constantly, for over an hour, is a good battery. Most drills won't do thatIt really was a great purchase and I'm looking forward to using it again... now that I know how to

Brilliant clippers, had a set since 2020 and they are still going strong! Have clipped hairy highland ponies every year and are this year clipping several ponies (all very coarse haired cob types and shetland!) very pleased either the quality and value for money
