Nearly Natural 35 in Artificial Sansevieria Plant with Black Planter | Artificial Snake Plant, Faux Greenery, Indoor Home and Office Decor, Low-Maintenance

I recently purchased this artificial plant from Amazon, and I am genuinely impressed by its quality and realism. Upon unboxing, I was pleasantly surprised by how natural and lifelike it looks—even up close, the details on the leaves and the vibrant color mimic a real plant perfectly. Bought one and went back for another. They look real and love greenery in my house but don’t have adequate light for the real ones.

A few years ago I bought one of these and needed to order another one to match. I was happy to see them still available. The plants look very realistic and the best part is I cannot kill them.

I ordered this plant and another 1 from Pottery Barn. They are literally identical, they are the same color, texture, and almost the same size. The difference if this is almost $100 less than Pottery Barn. It looks so real. I highly recommend this product you won’t be disappointed. I just need to put it in a different container.

First let me say the plant was shipped promptly and was well packaged. In fact, it was double boxed and wrapped in plastic with bubble wrap around the planter. Upon removal from the box the first thing I noticed was that it was dusty and really needed some additional shaping. I immediately vacuumed the whole plant and even vacuumed up the loose green moss that covers the base. I then wiped down the leaves and black planter with window cleaner. In order to shape it, I pulled the outer sections (clumps) of leaves outward and then spread the individual leaves to make it look more realistic. Don't hesitate to really pull on the sections as it is "planted" in what appears to be a plaster material and according to another review, there are wires that run down into the plaster to hold the plant sections in place. Once the outer sections were arranged, I spread the inner section leaves to fill in the gaps. By doing this I more than doubled the width of the plant! Because I wanted to use a larger (13" diameter) planter, I placed the sansevieria on a half brick then filled around it with crumpled newspaper to hold it in place. Then, just covered everything with Spanish moss. Just as an FYI...the color is fine (maybe a little dark) and the leaves have a matte finish. My only complaint is the "circles" that are embossed into several of the leaves. They are not noticeable but upon close scrutiny, they make the "faux" look more obvious. With some work this sansevieria is fine for my decorating needs and I would purchase again if needed.

This snake plant absolutely looks real. It comes in a black pot and I have it in the guest bathroom. It is so pretty. I wish it was a bit taller but for the price, I can elevate it in a plant stand.

This brought our long plain hallway to life. It looks real, feels great, and although a tad expensive, it's worth the extra money to avoid a cheap, plastic looking faux plant.

I'm not blessed with a green thumb, and have bid a fond adieu to many live plants. This plant is perfect - looks real, doesn't require any care!

I do like this plant. It goes very well in the planter I also ordered from Wayfair. In fact I order two planters of different sizes and filled the other planter with another kind of plant. They look beautiful under a picture I have on the wall.
