This is an awesome gadget. Sure it breaks up any clumping and distributes the coffee nicely like a WDT should. What I really love is the retractability and that I can hang it magnetically. The build quality is very nice and the compact size is a plus. This works well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is an incredibly satisfying WDT tool with impeccable design. The fact they opted for magnets instead of spring loaded is genius and I have full confidence this device will last me a very long time. The two mounting options of magnetic vs stand like a pencil is very convenient for multiple applications. It's got some weight to it which makes it feel quality too.

I’ll be honest—I didn’t think I needed the Subminimal Flick WDT Tool. It’s usually marketed for espresso prep, and I use it solely for pour over. But after trying it out, I’m pleasantly surprised at how much more consistent my brews have become. 🛠️ Top-Notch Build Quality: This isn’t your average piece of coffee gear. Distributing grounds evenly before brewing has noticeably reduced channeling and helped me achieve more balanced extractions. It’s not magic, but it’s pretty darn close. 🧐 Is It Essential? Probably not. But is it useful? Absolutely. It’s one of those accessories that feels like a luxury add-on but ends up earning its place in the daily routine. I knew when I bought this that it was probably an unnecessary upgrade over standard WDT tools. It functions the same as others but with a bit of a higher price tag, but that price tag is worth it in my opinion. Tool comes with both a stand and a magnet to mount it on the side of your espresso machine and I’ve personally come to use the stand for the most part. Cleaning has been a bit of a challenge, I’ve noticed it’s hard to get grounds out of the sheath part that surrounds the needles when they retract but my solution has been solved by a simple turn into a microfiber towel. It’s honestly a great size, fits in your hand perfectly and feels natural to retract. The outside is a solid plastic, and the thumb press is metal which feels very high quality.

I’ve been seeing this on social media and was shocked to see it so affordable. Super fun to use. Does the job without issue. I am still working on finding an easy way to clean it, but overall I am satisfied.

Total game changer, lightweight but sturdy, improved my espresso game a lot, totally recommended, works way better than other WDT, totally worth the money pretty easy to use and store, a must if you want to improve your puck prep or even just get a better tasting cup using a oxo rapid brewer.

it is fun to use! mine came with a magnetic mount, which I really appreciated. I use it to mix up the coffee in the grinder after it gets ground. i then transfer to the portafilter, and then use the other wdt device i have from the bomber company. the cool one that spins when you press down. im a newb to espresso. but I seem to be pulling very compelling shots from the flair 58 plus 2. It is nice having a cafe in your apartment, especially after a long walk!

Really cool gadget, does work really well in distributing and breaking clumps. The flicking aspect worked great for about 7months. started breaking down slowly into the 8th month where the back switch button popped off our and was sticking out weird. Opened it up with the tools provided and tried to see what's going on, but it was so hard to put back together that I damaged two sets of needles before I finally gave up.

This a really good product for any budding home barista. It is really easy to use and is very solid and well built for the price. It is functional and just the right weight without been too heavy/light. It has really improved my puck preparation and my espresso massively! I also really like the little storage/magnet which comes with both adhesive pads and magnets for flexibility. Highly recommend.

So I have quite a few WDT tools and I really didn’t need another one, but this was priced relatively affordably. Normally you pay around $10, and this is x 3 the price, but I’ve had a good experience with most of Subminimal products and I thought I’ll try this out. This comes with slightly thicker stock needles, but they give you three extra pairs of needles ( actually hairpin style ones) which are a little thick and can be replaced with included tool and a Philips screw driver, which I did immediately because the included needles on the device are too thick. The needles are actually a curved hairpin style, so you can’t pull them out like regular WDT It’s really well made , it has a magnetic design , I found the magnetic puck mechanism inside while changing the stock needles -that helps it to flick out on a button, press and flick in when you just turned it upside down and it’s really satisfying to use. I see what people mean when it’s a really good fidget spinner kind of relaxation tool. In addition they give you a magnet that you can stick on the wall, a very well made heavy stand and the device itself is magnetic. So you really don’t need these attachments, but they give them to you ,anyway And it’s all in a nice presentation box. So this will be an excellent gift for somebody who is down the Coffee rabbit hole because it’s made really well and works well.

وصلني مع عيب في زر الادخال مو شغال ويحتوي على صوت بالداخل كأن فيه شي مكسور وطبعاً هذا صوت الرخص معروف، ما انصح فيه بحكم تجربتي السيئة وحتى لو وصلني سليم ما استبعد بعد يوم يومين يخرب بيتم طلب الارجاع وبكل فخر وامتنان

agitateur à café pour expresso remplissant sans faille son office. il est de conception robuste, permet de bien distribuer le café pour une bonne homogénéité et la rétractabilité des aiguilles permet de les protéger sans problème et de l'amener partout. Je le couple à ma nanospresso que j'emmène partout pour me préparer de succulents expressos partout dès que je me déplace. Et de retour chez moi, il est rangé sur son socle.
