This Furbulous automatic litter box is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It is fabulous! My cats took to it immediately. It’s whisper quiet when it clears, there is no odor and the waste is sealed just like it says in the description. I just open the waste bin and remove the sealed package for disposal. And any litter that cats track out of the box is caught perfectly on the mat that comes with the device. There was one specific condition that a litter box had to meet, and that was the height of the step up into the box. This has a very low step up compared to most of the other automatic litter boxes I considered. The other thing that I really liked is that the toileting area is a polyester waterproof material. The litter has a minimum and a maximum fill, so the fabric surface gives and when the cat steps in the litter fills in so that it’s easy for them to bury the waste. The box is easy to clean. When the litter needs to be completely refreshed it is dumped in the waste drawer the same as when water is cleared. Once it’s empty I simply clean the inside with a disinfectant wipe. So far, it hasn’t been necessary to take the box apart to clean it. The only issue I’ve had is that sometimes after adding clean litter and resetting the level the sensors thinks there is a cat around. Following the instructions in the manual, I simply unplug the box to reset the sensors. A minor inconvenience, but it’s good to know that the sensors are extremely sensitive, and I’d never have to worry about a cat getting caught during the cleaning process. I know this is a long review, but to those of you who’ve not had an automatic litter box. I think this is information that is important, but the last bit of information is probably the most important, and that is the customer service. There is actually a phone number to call! I had questions about the unit before I purchased it, and I actually spoke to a live person who was very helpful. I have no doubt that if there is ever a problem that isn’t solved by instructions in the owners manual I can contact Furbulous and know that I’ll get a quick response.

I’m very happy with the Furbulous litter box! One of my favorite features is the deodorizing system—it really helps control odors, and I barely notice any litter box smell. I also love the bag cartridge system. I don’t have to put in a new bag every time the litter box empties, which makes it so much easier and more convenient to maintain. Overall, it keeps everything clean, fresh, and very low-maintenance. Definitely happy with my purchase!

I love this litter box. I have had it for about a month. It was easy to assemble and set up. The app works perfectly. The sensors immediately sense my cat’s presence. Cleaning is a breeze. There seems to be plenty of room for them inside the globe. I have two instances of where the trash bag did not seal properly when packing out, but no other issues. The only thing I don’t like is the proprietary trash bags are expensive and sometimes sold out,

The Furbulous litter box has been the best automatic litter box I’ve owned. It’s spacious, reliable, low-maintenance, and incredibly easy to use. I especially love the simple controls and the self-sealing waste bag feature, which saves me from dealing with messes and unpleasant odors. Out of all the automatic litter boxes I’ve tried (I’ve owned three other brands), this one requires the least hands-on involvement and physical effort. The negative reviews about the self-sealing feature honestly don’t make sense to me or reflect my experience. When the waste compartment reaches capacity, it simply needs to be emptied—just like any other litter box. Packing and removing the sealed waste bag only takes the press of a few buttons and is very straightforward. As someone who is pregnant, I particularly appreciate not having to handle exposed waste or smell odors while tying up bags. The self-sealing system makes the process much cleaner and more hygienic. The replacement bags in my opinion, are worth every penny due to the self sealing feature despite being on the thinner side. After trying multiple self-cleaning litter boxes, this is hands-down my favorite. We own two of them now and would absolutely purchase another. Highly recommended.

I regret purchasing this litter box. It has been nothing but a source of frustration from day one. The biggest issue is that the "Auto Pack" feature isn't actually automatic. When the waste bin becomes full, you still have to manually initiate the packing process. Even worse, once the bag is full, the litter box refuses to continue cleaning until you remove and replace the bag. That's not what I would consider an automated system. The cleaning performance is also poor. During the tumbling cycle, cat waste frequently falls out of the unit, both from the front and the back, creating a mess on the floor and defeating the purpose of having a self-cleaning litter box in the first place. On top of that, the unit constantly throws errors. I've had to repeatedly disassemble and clean it just to keep it operating. For a premium product, the amount of maintenance required is unacceptable. Customer support has been equally disappointing. After 19 emails back and forth, the engineers continue to insist they don't see an issue, despite the ongoing problems and detailed information I've provided. It's incredibly frustrating to spend this much money on a product that doesn't work as advertised and then receive little meaningful help when problems arise. Overall, I cannot recommend this litter box. Between the constant errors, ineffective cleaning, misleading automation claims, and poor support experience, it has been one of the most disappointing pet product purchases I've made.

I should have bought this a long time ago. I have been on the fence for years if an automatic litter box is worth it. After just a couple weeks of having it, I can tell you it is. This one is great. Auto packs the trash so all you have to do is pull the bag, it’s already sealed, it automatically feeds the next bag. Just have to change the pack on occasion. My cats took right to it as well, no adjustment period or issues whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone considering.

I’ve been really happy with this self-cleaning litter box. It has made keeping the litter box clean so much easier, and I love not having to scoop multiple times a day. It does a great job of controlling odors, stays clean, and has been very reliable. My cat adjusted to it quickly, and it’s been a huge time-saver. The setup was simple, and maintenance is minimal. If you’re looking for a convenient way to keep your cat’s litter box clean while saving time, I would definitely recommend this product.

UD: They have very good customer service and will troubleshoot with you. Suggested I try tofu litter but I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. It seems that the sensors are very sensitive. This thing is constantly telling me it’s full, or litter needs to be packed, or it needs bags- none of which is true. There is also a list of error codes. Additionally, it didn’t come assembled with the mesh softer attached, so I spend an hour installing that with no directions! Don’t buy.
