This baby is a monster! I mean that in a positive way. We had an issue within the first month of receiving the PC, but after getting in contact with support, we found out a wire simply got loose. They sent instructions on how to reconnect everything, as well as how to get into the guts of this thing. After fixing that, the PC has been running smoothly! It's also got some pretty interchangeable lights, so that's also pretty cool. We've had this PC for about a year now, and like I've said before, it has been in non-stop working condition!

The only "issues" I've had so far, which are trivial at best: The ad "boasts 10 RGB fans" when there are 9 fans and, lastly, my GPU power was touching one of the lower fans causing spin failure, which I needed to address. It's a fast PC and so far, works great. The fans keep the unit cool, so I suppose, I can look past the missing fan, that likely would not have fit. Packing was great, recieved a day earlier than expected and everything was secure on arrival. Great build and an acceptable price.

This is an awesome gaming PC. Plenty of power and storage. I bought it to play Star Citizen and it doesn’t disappoint! It arrived in good time / order and was very well packed. The only issue I had out of the box was the remote for the case lights wasn’t working but that pretty much resolved itself after I took out and replaced the battery.

I have been using my new Panorama XL for about one week. It is an awesome machine, exceeding all my expectations. I am somewhat new to gaming but I wanted a machine that would take me well into the future. I am currently playing DCS Warthog A-10C Tank Killer and Elite Dangerous. There are more games in the DCS library that I would like to play and I can tell you that this machine handles A-10C flawlessly. I really like the life long technical support since I am a relative newbie. I wrote Empowered PC about the warranty and they responded right away with a friendly and knowledgeable email. Setting up was easy and I have encountered no problems so far. I couldn't be happier.

Great product quality speed and functionality

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I bought a 5700xt build that lasted longer than this POS "Beast of a machine". RIP OFF. NOT RELIABLE OVERHEATS BLUETOOTH sucks NIC is unreliable Terrible Customer support. It was a total of $4k down the drain. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY

Holy moly I was so stressed after purchasing this prebuilt. EmpoweredPC has a very bad online reputation. I am very pleased to report that has not been my experience. I ordered their Panorama 96GB 5080 PC from Amazon. It shipped and arrived within the 5 day shipping window, albeit the last day. Packaging was professional and very safe. Even has a little vice to help the GPU stay steady during shipping. The build quality is excellent. Every part looks clean and new. Performance is exactly what I expect from the parts listed. Quiet fans and immaculate cable management. AIO cooler is mounted properly. Honestly it's beautiful, better looking than anything I've put together myself. Yes their phone number does put you in an endless queue. I am praying I do not have to RMA this PC or its components because I can tell it's going to be a rough experience. If I run into an issue I'll update my review accordingly.

Have yet to find a game this PC struggles with at 1440p maxed-out settings. Now I feel like I need to buy a 4k monitor lol. Seriously no complaints, it's lightning fast, runs cool even under load, and looks stunning with the panoramic display case. Empowered PC did a fantastic job with this build, from their customer service responses, the fast shipping time, and the thorough testing that each build goes through before it's delivered. Highly recommend.
