Excellent...heavy stainless. Of course not as heavy as cast iron but does the job and cleans easily without a lot of maintenance.

The stainless steel material is very nice to work with easy to keep clean, sanitary, etc. but I actually do wish it was much heavier. I have to really push down on the smash burgers and as a bacon press it’s very lightweight.

Great quality press, could do with being a bit heavier but it was exactly as advertised so that’s on me.

This is a nice surprise. It is heavy enough, well constructed and feels like a quality unit. The price is also reasonable. I'd say a worthwhile item for the pantry.
