got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair.we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer.took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy.on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response!as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out!def consider it as an option when shopping around

Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!

It does ship in two different boxes. I was a first concerned because I got box two of two one evening. But the very next day before lunch, the other box arrived. I'm 6 ft tall and weigh 255. I had had a lift chair in the past that was borrowed which I hated. This one looks really nice in my den and I love the features of the massage points that it has as well as the heat. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. It is very simple to assemble which took me approximately 15 minutes. The biggest thing is routing the remote cable for the massager for the you can easily access it in the side pouch along with the raise and lower remote.

The packaging of the box with the base did not protect the two brackets onto witch the back is connected to. The two brackets had ripped thru the box wall. One of the brackets was bent and it had to be straightened in order for the back to be secured to the base. The rest was ok.

My chair arm came apart after only six months? They said the warranty was just through January. This was a Christmas gift so if I were you, I do not think I would purchase this chair any company that would not do something about a chair that came apart in that length of time is not a very reputable company I’m very unsatisfied and would not purchase this chair again.

This recliner is comfortable and everything it says it is. Recommend it, have had it for 2 yrs and no problems.

I bought it for my 4'10ft mom to be comfortable. It was a little big for that height but still manageable. Easy set up and to clean; my was the brown leather. The right firmness, 2 cup holder ( one on each side of arm rest) massage feature with heat was good just don't put a thick layer of cover.

Bought for my 75 year old dad. Makes getting in and out of the chair so much easier. Is not oversized but the perfect size for him at 5’8. The added heat and vibration are great. Looks like leather and is comfortable and folds out almost flat if he naps in it.
