These bands are a MUST! I life weights 5 days a week and it feels really nice to incorporate the bands into my routine for some variety and a break from the dumbbells. They are durable, great quality and a good value for the money. They are definitely compact enough that I could take 1 or 2 and a set of handles in my suitcase if I was traveling. Highly recommend.

Overall a great product
I've been using this set of bands along with another set from the same dealer and have had some fantastic workouts. My only request from HPYGN would be to make all of your sets with the same setup so that they can be used together more easily (the way the bands connect to the handles is different). But other than that super happy with both the products and the sellers.
