Solid Home Gym Centerpiece With Great Performance and Even Better Customer Service
I’ve been using the RitFit M1 cage and Smith machine since August, so I’ve had a solid three months of consistent weekly strength training with it. It arrives in three large boxes: one for the Smith machine and two for the power cage. Assembly isn’t difficult piece by piece, and I was able to put it together alone without much trouble. During assembly I ran into an issue at step 3: one of the plate carriage plugs was impacted and broken right out of the box. Because of that, the guide bar couldn’t pass through since the opening was misaligned. After checking all the parts, I also found both J-hook plastic side pieces were cracked. These were factory issues since they were packaged deep inside the components. I reached out to RitFit with photos, and their customer service responded quickly. They sent replacement plugs and J-hook pieces right away, and four days later I was able to continue assembly without any further issues. The fast support definitely made the hiccup easier to overlook. Once assembled, the machine has been excellent. We use the rack for around 90% of our workouts, which has replaced a lot of our dumbbell work: curls, shoulder presses, various rows, triceps, and more. The Smith machine itself feels great to use. The glide is smooth, and loading more weight still feels balanced and controlled. The built-in storage in the back for the barbell and plates is convenient, but you do need to plan for some extra space behind the cage for easy access and fit. That’s something I didn’t account for at first, but it worked out. The cable crossover system is one of my favorite parts. The pulleys adjust quickly up or down and move smoothly during all the typical exercises: crossovers, chest work, rows, triceps, and more. One thing we did notice at the lowest peg is that when doing leg work with ankle attachments, you really need something to step on to unhook your ankles. The rack comes with one foot holder that works perfectly for that, but if two people are doing leg work on both sides at the same time, only one person has access to that step. The landmine attachment is another highlight. It locks the barbell securely into place, unlike my previous machine where the bar just slid in and could pop right out. This one feels much safer and more stable during landmine presses, rows, and rotations. The only drawback we’ve found is for my wife, who is 5'2". For hip thrusts and glute bridges, the Smith machine springs sit in the way since they’re always attached. She can’t get low enough without elevating herself using blocks. Aside from that very specific issue, it’s been a great addition to our home gym. Overall, it’s a powerful, versatile machine with excellent build quality, smooth functionality, thoughtful attachments, and responsive customer service. It has completely upgraded our home workouts.

Great first piece for the home gym
If you are on the fence about buying this, just do it. I work long hours and the last thing I want to do is sit in more traffic and go to a gym where I may have to wait/alter my workouts if there is to many people etc. This rack has literally everything you could need to get your home gym started. The instructions are very simple, and the bolts/screws were clearly labeled by which steps they belonged in and came with tools. I was able to fully assemble this machine by myself in my garage in a few hours, but of course if you have help it'll be easier. The attachments that come with it are decent and can be used for a multitude of workouts. I did see some reviews that had complaints about the smith machine being uneven, but I did not experience anything like this. My smith bar is perfect and works great for Squats, Bench, rows. Etc. The cables are absolutely perfect, however the pulley ratio changes the weight a bit and you'll have to play around with it to find what works for you. Overall the Rack can hold all the weight I have thrown at it so far, its sturdy and stable and doesn't take up a ton of space. I am 5'10 and have no issues with the smith bottoming out, for the pull-up bar I do need to bend my legs but that's nothing. The only thing I would recommend, is if you can afford it buy the cable weight stack as constantly changing the plates for cables can get tedious and annoying.

Best Investment in my fitness I've ever made!
Husband's review: I absolutely LOVE this machine! I own the PPC02 and its awesome. That said I sure wished I got the one with cables. FFW a year later and I saw this beast on sale around XMas and I pulled the trigger. I researched the Mikolo M4 as well as basically any and all other related cages and this one had way better youtube reviews as well as it's a company that I know and trust. Their customer service is excellent. Any and all issues I've ever had (very few) were handled promptly and in a friendly manner to my absolute satisfaction. Some people complained but my experience has been great. They're busy so you don't get an immediate reply but seriously email response day of or next day is awesome! And they care about their customers. It's very clear. If you're on the fence between this and the competitors I strongly suggest watching some comparison videos. It punches above its' weight on the price front. It's more stable. It's a better machine than the others at this price point and some above it. This thing is easy to build, it took me less time than it did to build my other cage that has far less features. It's well built. It's sturdy. One issue i had with my previous cage was it wobbled when doing certain exercises. Nothing unsafe but it was annoying. It LOOKS amazing! I sometimes just go in the garage and stare at it. Not kidding. the cables are pretty smooth (I didn't get the 2.0 so i don't have aluminum cables but I'm ordering them when they're in stock). Spend the extra hundred and get the aluminum. The vinyl are solid, no complaints. But it's worth it to get the aluminum from what others say. The smith is awesome! Didn't realize I'd like it so much as I feel like smiths are more for beginners but i was wrong. Great for learning new movements, working on form, etc. J hooks and spotter arms are well made. Smith bar works well. Pulleys are pretty smooth (will update when I get aluminum). Pull up bar is dope. The Landmine attachment is great. And the cable sliders work very well. May need to play around with the tightness of the knob but you'll get it fast. Don't go too tight or you'll scratch it up. And the storage hooks with the RitFit face plate bring it full circle. And it is sturdy. I need to stress that. I don't even have it bolted in and I've put a lot of weight on the spotter arms. It stays in place. I also have lever arms that used to rock my old cage even weighted down. On this not a chance. It may rock a tiny bit but it stays firmly footed. Overall its one of the best investments I've ever made. I'm excited to work out. I can do everything with it. It's beaitufil and the customer service is excellent. Also watch our for their Challenges! I just got a $600 gift card for their 21 Day Challenge! How many companies do that for their customers! Their FB page is a beautiful community as well. God Bless ya RitFit! Happy Customer!

Great value
I have had the gym for about 1 year now. This is a true honest review. I heard it was alittle complicated to put together, my husband and father In law put it together in 4-5 hours with the help of power tools. Some instructions were not quite clear. Overall wasn’t too bad because I didn’t have to put together and seems very sturdy! I’m 5’1 and everything is perfect height for me. If you are taller like 6ft and up not sure this would be recommended for you. It did come with everything described. This is affordable, fits nicely in small areas, workouts are effective. I will show pictures for reference.

Solid, Versatile Home Gym
I purchased the RitFit M1 Smith Machine with Cable Crossover System as a gift for my husband, and overall we are very happy with the quality and versatility of this home gym setup. It has become a cornerstone of his workout routine, and the range of exercises it supports makes it feel like a complete gym in one unit. First, a heads-up on assembly: this unit is definitely a two-person project. It took both of us working together several hours to get everything put together, and following the instructions carefully was essential. The process was detailed and sometimes time-consuming, but nothing was missing and all of the parts fit as expected. If you plan to install this yourself, set aside enough time and make sure you have a helper—you’ll want the extra set of hands for safety and efficiency. Once fully assembled, the machine feels solid and stable, and we haven’t noticed any wobble or instability, even with heavier lifts. The Smith bar runs smoothly, and the cable crossover system adds a lot of functional training versatility that my husband really appreciates. He’s been using it for squats, bench press, cable crossovers, and various accessory movements, and it holds up well under regular use. The design also includes thoughtful touches like adjustable safeties and multiple attachment options, which help make workouts both safer and more customizable. The finished build looks impressive and professional, and it occupies our space without feeling bulky or awkward. The RitFit M1 is a highly functional and sturdy home gym solution. The assembly requires patience and two people, but the end result is worth it. For anyone serious about strength training at home, this machine offers excellent value and performance. We would recommend it to others looking to upgrade their home gym setup.

Worth the money - be patient with delivery
Got the M1 Pro with the weight set. The power cage was delivered to me slowly, but I got everything to build it within 3-4 days. The total number of boxes was 9. I received the last box, being the cable tie accessories, about 1 month ish after the purchase. The weights took a little bit to get delivered also but I did get them. Customer service was very good. They responded within the day of my email and were always helpful. Be patient with the packages. Don’t expect everything to come quickly, especially if the weights are out of stock. Building was very easy, I did it by myself but I’m sure it’s easier with 2 people. Everything works well and the instructions were pretty straight forward. I say go for it if you’re thinking of buying this power cage, it’s good quality, I use mine every single day and haven’t seen any degradation. I can do a lot of workouts for every muscle group and the overall design is great. The only thing I will say is a negative is that if you are anything taller than 5’8” you will probably hit your head on the smith machine barbell if you put it all the way up when you’re not using it. Other than that, the aluminum wheels are good, the cables are smooth, smith machine is very smooth, the bench is padded with a lot of functions, and it’s a well rounded power cage.

You get what you Paid for
Let me start off by saying The machine itself if it worked would be an amazing machine I have seen videos on how it works and based on those videos, it is why I chose to purchase it unfortunately for my M1 Pro 2.0 that came in it was not what I expected. For starters the smith Bar was not hooking up correctly on the right side and was super light weight on the right side and super heavy on the left side. Made sure my floor was balanced and still the problem was not resolved. So I contacted ritfits customer service through phone and email for them to try and fix it and had to jump through hoops to get responses. They sent out a new smith Attachment and still that didn’t fix the problem. I noticed if I left the bolts really loose on the smith bar the problem went away so there’s no way I’m using the machine that way. So I mentioned to Ritfit for partial refund because I do like the pulley system and at this point that’s all I have been able to use for 2 weeks now. So i ask ritfit hey give me a refund for the smith attachment and they offer me a %15 discount off total what I paid for the machine so all they would be refunding me is $171 . Now keep in mind the machine complete as I purchased it was $1134. Now removing the smith Attachment, the machine now becomes the PPC03 machine they also have on there for $569 because it’s just the power cage with pulleys on both sides. So if I take that refund of $171 I just paid $963 for a machine worth $569 and if you want to count the difference of aluminum pulleys to the plastic ones I doubt those aluminum pulleys are worth almost $400. So instead I asked them just give me the difference in credit so I can just reuse it with you guys since I was looking into getting there barbell that’s $147 since I was going to need one and also get there 100lb set they have for $347 which is under $500 so I would still be owed a refund because if the PPC03 is worth $569 what I have now due to the smith machine not working and having to remove and not use so $569 plus $500 a total of $1069 they denied the request and are only offering %15 refund so at this point I’m no longer going to be jumping through hoops trying to get a hold of someone to speak too yes it’s a good price but remember you get what you paid for even though $1134 is pricey it’s not worth it wasted 3 weeks of time and money I would say stay clear of this machine with the smith machine attachment just go for the power cage and pulleys save your self the headaches and frustration of bad customer service or look into a different Company and there Machines

Exceptional quality, very smooth and sturdy, I highly recommend this unit
This machine is awesome. The smith machine for safe at home benching is the main reason I purchased this unit. The smith machine is very smooth, and it doesn't bind like some others are known to. The alluminum pulleys are exceptionally smooth as well. It is incredibly stable and well built. It was easy to assemble and I am very pleased with this purchase. For a man of my means this was a significant investment into myself, and if I could afford it, I would have ordered one with weight stacks. ( No big deal I have enough bumper plates to load it up ) It comes with a ton of accessories though for a myriad of exercises. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. If you're in the market, or just considering one, I suggest you get this one, because I regret not getting one sooner.
