Good knife set.
I bought this knife set to use at my job as a meat cutter. I like the sharpness of the knives but my favorite thing about these knives is they are not super heavy. Just keep them sharp and they work great.

Not all came sharp
Steel seems nice but only one of the knives was sharp enough to cut tomatoes. A little touch up sharpening fixed the other two. For the price, not too disappointed. Overall should be a versatile addition to my kitchen
