A decent knife set on a budget
A nice budget knife set with a nice selection. I bought these to replace a set of work knives as I'm a meat cutter in a grocery chain. They all have a semi flexible blade that I personally prefer but know that some people like a stiffer blade, especially with the scimitars. The honing steel is the weak link of the set as it's size feels more of a novelty item than a proper tool. Its grip is small, barely making it past the ring finger and the guard is so small it might as well not have one. The grips on blades are not a hard plastic but a semi soft rubber grip which I've finally gotten use to after almost 6 months of use. The grips are still in great condition as I had feared that they would start to shed or deteriorate.

Great knives, tiny steel
The knives are great!! I’m a meat cutter and everyone at work wants them after trying them out! Throw away the tiny steel it came with though. Totally useless

Great product
My husband used to work in a butcher shop and wanted knives for at home use, ordered these for him for Christmas and he loves them. Uses them for a wide variety of cuts and says the size, quality, durability, and handling have been perfect. I've been able to use them as well, so super new user friendly. The handle is comfortable. And the appearance is exactly as pictured.
