I am on a GLP-1 and lost over 100lbs. I started noticing more and more hair on my clothes, in my brush, and in the shower drain. It was awful. I searched for hair products that would help and came across Routine. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for about a month and my hair has never been healthier. I bought the coconut and vanilla and it smells so good. I'm seeing less and less hair in the drain and will continue to use it. It makes my hair incredibly soft too.

Purchased this set for my thinning hair. The shampoo and conditioner are great. They leave my hair soft and healthy looking. I have noticed less hair falling out which is a plus. Will be using this set all the time.

smells fantastic and leaves my hair feeling wonderful, but after several months, I haven't seen any noticeable difference in growth v shedding. So...good shampoo/conditioner, but don't know if it's worth what they charge.

This shampoo/conditioner changed my hair game. My hair is very fine, mats easily, and used to require a fair amount of shiner/product. This photo- I washed it yesterday and just blow dried it. It’s not styled at all. There is absolutely NO extra product in it right now. Not even shiner. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever. It’s crazy I don’t even have to put product in it before drying it. It’s so soft always. Also the shampoo I think it is-doesn’t smell the best. One of them smells really chemically but the other one smells good. I think shampoo is chemically and conditioner good but I can’t remember. It doesn’t really bother me since it does wonders on my hair. My hair will have pretty significant matting and I’ll put this conditioner in and the mats will just fall out just with finger combing. It’s a miracle! I love this stuff so much.

My Hair Is Worst Now. For reasons unknown, my hair is thinning/shedding. I have normal hair, healthy, just don’t like that I’m shedding. Never had to be picky with the shampoo’s I’ve used. I do not use Products nor Style my hair. Because of the thinning, I wanted to be proactive. I claims made by Routine Wellness and reviews, I thought spending an exorbitant amount of money would be worth it. I would have never done this before. I ordered the Anti-Thinning Vanilla-Coconut. First, you may be shocked by the size of the bottle. If you cannot visualize ounces, don’t expect a large bottle. You will receive “User Instructions”. Since I’m desperate to stop shedding hair and, because of the money I spent; I followed every instruction which, wasn’t easy. You must wash/rinse with luke warm or cold water. Being in Northeast Ohio and still quite chilly, this made for miserable showers. By the second week, my hair became dry and brittle. I contacted Seller - Routine Wellness. It took two (2) emails to get a response from RW. Response: RW: Never heard of these issues. Could be caused by styling heat. * I do not style RW: You need to by our Serum. After spending over $60.00 (w/sales tax) I need to buy a serum? My hair has not only increased in thinning. More hair coming out with each shampoo. I’m at my 30 day point with RW and with each shampoo - At rinse, my hair feels like I’ve used a clarifying shampoo. It’s “grabby” feeling; hard to run conditioner through. Conditioning - Once I can get Conditioner through my “dry-grabby” hair, my hands are covered with hair, hair that has come out, or pulled out cover my back and my drain is stopped up. Once I noticed more hair was coming out, I pulled old shampoo out of the cabinet. Hair “coming out” during shampooing has come to a minimum. In the month of using Routine Wellness, my regret is Great! My hair loss is so much greater than before. My once normal hair is a ball of frizz. It is dried out, frizzy, spit ends and looks horrible! I don’t know what is in their product but I have never had a problem with my hair’s health. Now, I have no idea how to fix this. False Claims Must Stop. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

I’m 4 months postpartum and my hair has been falling out like crazy, I honestly feel like I’m going bald, so I needed help fast. I lathered the shampoo for about 60 seconds and left it on for another 30 seconds before rinsing. After my very first wash, I’m not too impressed. It left my hair feeling very rough and dry after rinsing. I usually like Walmart brands because they leave my hair feeling silky and smooth, so this was a bit disappointing. That said, I’m crossing my fingers that this helps with my hair loss and will continue using. I’ll come back in a few weeks with an update!

I'm on a glp-1 which is causing a lot of shedding especially seen when conditioning my hair. After using this shampoo and conditioner about 4 or 5 days, there was significant improvement in shedding! Before using this both hands were covered in hair when conditioning and now there's maybe 4 or 5 strands of hair.m, if that. The shampoo has a great lather and the conditioner is wonderful. Not much is needed. The only down side is the scent isn't good at all but I really didn't want to take away a star because it's highly effective in preventing hair loss. Next time I'll try a different scent to see if there's something better.

What did I have to lose? More hair? I had six surgeries in 2020. My hair was long, thin and blonde. I could color it, curl it, blow dry it, wear it up or down. It was great hair. I'm 55 years old and had never experienced hair loss like this. It was not even noticeable for almost a year and then when I noticed it... It was too late. It fell out basically on one side of my head and to blend my hair to try and cover the area that was falling out the most, I had to cut it off to my shoulders. I was sad, upset and admittedly depressed about it as I am a vain lady. Smelled very clean as I changed out the lids and inserted the pumps. I was skeptical. I was scared. I had lost hope of having my hair look like hair. Feel like hair. And, I wanted to be able to manage my hair. So you can imagine where mine was and as I prepared my shower, I shed a tear and said a prayer and then decided to give this a try. Newsflash! I'm about 3 months into this new Routine Shampoo and Conditioner and it has changed my life. Changed my hair. I do not use any other hair products. I did try once, my old shampoo and conditioner and other hair products like mousse, leave-in conditioner, heat protector cream and hairspray. Well, l will not make that mistake again! I don't need any of the other products when I use the Routine products. I'm sold on these 2 items. I've had soook many ask me if I had hair implants or maybe wearing extensions for short hair, which I found kinda bizarre in the question itself....My husband is using the products and I cannot tell enough folks enough about how Routine saved my hair and got me out of my severe depression. It is a miracle for my hair. I don't know if there is actual hair growth, but what I do know, my hair looks and feels like hair again. Thank You for making Routine. And .. making Routine affordable for this busy hands on MawMaw and Spoiled Housewife. This Momma is happy in the house and so is everyone one else in the house. I can't thank you enough for Routine hair products. Best $50 investment decision I have ever made for my hair. Routine is definitely a game changer for my hair. I HIGHLY recommend Routine Shampoo and Conditioner.

I've been using this for a month twice a week and have definitely seen a difference in the thickness of my hair. Less hair in the shower and on my hands when I'm shampooing. It leaves my hair soft and shiny too

My wife was losing quite a bit of hair before using the Routine shampoo. Someone suggested this shampoo and it works! She doesn't lose much hair except for what you would consider NORMAL hair loss. I don't have a ton of hair but I am using it too. It works!!! Give it a try!

I’ve been using this for two months. I have not had any less breakage and I’m still losing a lot of hair when brushing. Zero hair growth noticed. You have to shampoo twice to get a lather so you use twice the amount needed. The conditioner makes your hair soft once applied. The only smell that comes out of it for me is cedar wood which takes a while to get use to. It didn’t smell anything like I had hoped for. For a very expensive shampoo/conditioner I found it no different than any other $5 bottle. Don’t waste your money.

Received quickly , well packaged. Have only used it once so not sure yet how effective. Quite pricey but you don’t need to use much. Will carry on using and see if it’s as good as some of the comments say.

This is my favourite smell (light & a bit masculine) - makes my hair feel thick and full- I have purchase in different scents - Routine is by far my favourite shampoo & conditioner.
