This is a fantastic item. I take one every night and it’s not let me down. I don’t have leg cramps and I’m sleeping up to 7hrs, which I haven’t done in a long time! They are capsules, but easy to swallow. Buy with confidence. 5 stars and well deserved.

I'm all about getting the right version of my daily Magnesium dose, which should preferably be made in the EU as our standards here are higher, and more supervised. I'm not claiming that a product made outside EU is bad, but reading that it was made in India, and despite a healthcare company the one allegedly making it, I still have my doubts of its quality. Although seller claims that this product is made up to standards and doesn't include this and that, all that is on their site and not actually on the bottle! For me it isn't a product I'd be taking unless I run out of my usual stock. I decided to explore outside my typical supplements supply, but with so many brands appearing on the scene nowadays, it's getting harder to find one that ticks all the boxes. This might be good for you, but it's not working out for me.

I've really found these helpful for sleep and overall mental health. Love that it is chelated for better absorption.

I’ve been taking Ambrosial Magnesium Glycinate regularly and so far I’m quite satisfied with it. The capsules are reasonably easy to swallow and I didn’t notice any strong aftertaste. I mainly bought it as a daily magnesium supplement, and it has been convenient to include in my routine. The packaging was good and the capsules arrived properly sealed. Overall, I think it’s a decent option for the price and I would consider buying it again.

I am on magnesium d of my neurologist and my cardiologist boosted it 100 mg and I had a hard time finding the 350 mg And I will be purchasing this Adam again on a regular basis.
