Please note I am quite small 5'2" but this skirt is going to be a long dress for me. I am keeping as I like the idea of using as a dress with a loose belt and a bolero type jacket/shawl. So, if you are smaller than me or about my height, you can wear as a dress - I might have to add a couple of slip type straps (just to be on the safe side). For the price it's great.
