Worst mattress that destroyed my lower back forever
Extremely disappointed with both the product and the overall buying experience. The mattress started showing quality issues far sooner than expected. It does not provide the level of comfort or support that was advertised, and over time it became increasingly uncomfortable to use. For a product in this price range, the quality is simply unacceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of a satisfactory resolution. Despite raising concerns about the condition and quality of the mattress, the return request was denied by both Amazon and the seller. As a customer, it feels unfair to be left with a product that does not meet expectations while being denied the opportunity to return it. The seller's handling of the complaint was equally disappointing. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. The inspection and support process did not inspire confidence and left me feeling that genuine customer concerns were not being taken seriously. A mattress is a long-term investment, and buyers deserve both quality and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, this purchase delivered neither. I regret buying this mattress and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, comfortable product backed by dependable service. Buy at your own risk.

I didn't expect this much comfort i bought it for my guest bedroom as I don't want to spend much selected this brand which is affordable but after receiving I liked it so much it takes shape of the body and gives you comfortable sleep I have wakefit Ortho matress as well but I liked the comfort of this brand than wakefit
