Fanola No Yellow Purple Hair Mask & Repair Treatment, 11.8 oz

This stuff really works good. But do not leave it on your hair long, because IT WILL TURN IT PURPLE!!!! Your hair will have a purple tint in it when you dry it. Just leave it on long enough to wash your hair and rinse it back out. It will leave your hand a little purple, but it washes off by the end of the shower. It works good, it will keep the yellow out of your hair, just don't leave it in long. It doesn't have the best of smells, you may want to wash with another shampoo after using, or not. I would only use it on blonde, colored (bleached) hair. Not really sure what the results would be on a different color.

This purple shampoo is VERY purple and works just like the more expensive versions...AND a little goes a LONG way. I use this one or two times a week on my highlighted blonde hair to combat the brassiness and this helps immensely. BUT, take note that this shampoo (like pretty must all purple shampoos) is rather drying so follow this with a good moisturizing conditioner every time you use it and you'll be set. I also used this on a set of halo hair extensions I had to "dye" them the correct shade. I had purchased them when my hair was more of a golden blonde and now it is more ash blonde. I didn't want to waste the $200+ so I decided what the heck. I put this shampoo on them DRY (meaning I didn't wet the extensions first). I left the shampoo on the extensions for about 10 minutes and then rinsed it out and they were the perfect ash blonde! It totally cancelled out the gold! It didn't exactly match my hair but it was good enough to work in a dark restaurant. I know I lucked out with this but it was worth a try and it worked!

Better than I expected!!

This purple hair mask has been one of my best purchases since I dyed my hair! It works really well at neutralizing unwanted yellow tones and leaves my hair looking much more vibrant and fresh. The formula is very concentrated, so you only need a small amount each time, which makes it last a long time. What I love most is that, unlike many purple shampoos that can leave my hair feeling a little dry, this mask actually leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth, and cared for. It does a great job of toning the yellow without making my hair feel rough or dry. I’m really impressed with it and will definitely keep using it!

This stuff is way better than purple shampoo. I have bleach blonde hair and use this every week to keep it white the way I want it! Works like a charm! Leave in for ten minutes and rinse. I will never go back to purple shampoo again.

This product is a blue hue that is incomparable to that of a purple toned mask. This does nothing for me in terms of reducing the yellow of blonde hair. The product very strongly smells of urinal cakes as well which is very unappealing. It is a very strong smell that is rather displeasing and smells 100% comparably to that of a urinal cake is the only way I can explain it. Cherry urinal cake to be further descriptive.

This stuff is AMAZING and so reasonably priced compared to salon brands. I have blonde highlights that would eventually get yellow or bronzy overtime, but not with this stuff! It tones the yellow out so well that they look like fresh highlights. I keep it right in the shower, and every three washes or so, I’ll work some into my hair before I apply conditioner right over it. The let it all sit for a bit before rinsing. It definitely splatters blue all over your shower, but easy enough to rinse off before you hop out! I came back here to buy more and realized I should leave a review since I love it so much and have recommended it to many people. Stop second-guessing yourself and just buy it 👍🏻

Ich musste auf die harte Tour lernen: Um wirklich ein hochwertiges, kühles Platinblond ohne fiese Nuancen zu bekommen, führt kein Weg an Fanola vorbei. Ich hatte mir davor etliche namhafte Markenprodukte gekauft, um das Gelb aus den Haaren zu verbannen – allesamt OHNE ERFOLG. Will man den Gelbstich aber wirklich dauerhaft loswerden, gibt es einfach nichts Besseres als diese Reihe. Wichtiger Hinweis zur Anwendung (Ich nutze das ganze Set): Ich bewerte hier zwar die Maske, möchte aber betonen, dass ich die gesamte Dreier-Kombination aus Shampoo, Maske und Leave-In-Pflege nutze. Ich habe ca. 33 € für alle drei Produkte bezahlt und das ist jeder einzelne Cent wert. Das Zusammenspiel ist einfach genial. Die Lieave-In-Pflege die ich immer mitnehme gibt mir ein extrem gutes Gefühl. Meine ehrlichen Side-Facts aus der Praxis: 1. Der Vorher-Nachher-Effekt: Schaut euch unbedingt meine Bilder an. Die Fotos von den Haaren habe ich erst in der letzten Stunde gemacht – direkt vor und nach dem Duschen. Der Unterschied spricht absolut für sich nach nur 1x Haare waschen! 2. Die Fingernägel: Ja, die Nägel sind nach dem Waschen leicht blau. Das liegt einfach an den extrem starken Pigmenten, die man für so ein Ergebnis braucht. Bei mir hält das Ganze keine 30 Minuten und wäscht sich von ganz alleine wieder ab. 3. Der Geruch: Laut Produktinformation soll es nach Banane riechen. Nun ja... wenn das Banane ist, dann eine aus einer uns noch völlig unbekannten Zukunft oder verstrahlt! 😂 Fazit: Doch am Ende stellt sich einfach nur die Frage: Was will ich? Einen leckeren Geruch oder ein geiles Platinblond? Mit dem Geruch komme ich super gut klar, finde ich nicht schlecht. Volle, absolut verdiente 5 Sterne!

Arrived quickly. Smells nice, not too much like banana! Best used a couple of days in a row to get the best effect, my hair has gone a nice ashy blonde. I use it twice a week and this seems to work well for me.

If you want to have a lovely shade of hair just go for this and you want regrets
