I took an incredibly long time shopping for a Tineco - like over a year. Read all the reviews and comparisons from different sites and waited for the best price before purchasing. This has truly become one of my favorite purchases and is a total game changer for cleaning my floors! I am always amazed (disgusted) at how dirty they are despite using this thing regularly. We don’t even have pets and try to take off our shoes before walking around the house but this still gets so much off the floors. I have a 1500 sqft house, but the three bedrooms are carpeted, leaving hallways, bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen with an assortment of laminate, vinyl tile and peel and stick tile. This machine works great on all of them. I do use the max power button and will have to refill once if doing all of the rooms on max and have enough clean liquid left for self cleaning after. The amount of cleaning liquid that I pour in seems to be picked up in the dirty water tank, so I believe that it is quite powerful and does a great job drying the floors after it mops them. No issues with battery life whatsoever. It does great in my size house. It’s easy to maneuver. It doesn’t go that far underneath tables or furniture, maybe 6 to 8 inches, but I know they do make a lay flat model as well. That may do better there. No big deal for my needs. I have found that the right side of the brush is the one that gets 1/4 inches away from baseboards and things like that. It’s more like an inch on the left side. The solution smells very nice and seems to do a good job. I wasn’t crazy about having teams only the Tineco brand cleaning solution, but now I’m hooked. The self cleaning feature is very nice. I like that I can have it clean itself before actually breaking it down to clean the dirty water container and the spin brush. Since we do have carpeted bedrooms, I typically vacuum before I use this. It’s not necessary, but for me, it’s easier to dump out a vacuum canister than it is to get in the nooks and crannies of this vacuum mop. I also don’t vacuum up any cereal with milk or things that would make everything stinky if I am not able to clean it properly afterwards. As with anything, you will have to rinse out the dirty water container and let it dry, and I also like to spray some dish soap in there and wash it out so it doesn’t get scummy. will also use either dish soap or some disinfectant laundry detergent and let the brush part soak so it smells nice. Everything dries quickly and is not a big pain to clean. I don’t understand why some people get bothered by having to maintain their machines. Yes, it’s self cleans in the sense that it will run, clean water through the spin brush, but you still have to empty the dirty water tank and we need to clean off the brush and empty the dirty water tank. It’s not that hard. It gets a lot off of the ground, but there are some things that are really stuck on that you need a little bit more elbow grease for. I would recommend this for anyone and am borderline obsessed with it and my floors have never been cleaner!

I love how clean my floors get with the Floor 5 Breeze. You can actually see a crisp line between what's dirty and what's freshly cleaned. It's super easy to use, and to top it off, the included cleaning solution is concentrated, so you need just a capful, which is a lot less than other machines I've tried. I really appreciate the self-cleaning mode. Just set it on the tray, hit the cycle, and the brush comes out noticeably cleaner. It makes the whole routine low effort, but super satisfying. I am loving the unit and for me I feel like it was priced correctly. It feels very durable and I like the design. I'm using it on my tile floors, and there were no water streaks left behind. I will recommend this to everyone!

Simple, effective, and a huge time-saver. This vacuum and mop combo cleans hard floors in one step, picking up both dry debris and wet messes well. The self-cleaning function is a standout—just press a button and it cleans the roller for you. One thing to note is that the machine will often alert you to do self cleaning very often, usually within 5-10 min. The separate clean/dirty water tanks mean you're always mopping with fresh water, and floors dry quickly with no streaks. It's lightweight, cordless, and handles pet hair and daily kitchen messes with ease. The battery lasts about 35 minutes, often requiring me to charge it multiple times to clean the entire home. Overall, a great buy for quick, daily cleaning!

I just got used the machine for the first time. It’s really a good machine. You will need to help it a bit around the baseboard if you have small pieces of dirt (like cat litter), but most of the time by rolling it in parallel with the baseboard (not towards it), you will be ok. Also the Tineco cleaning solution that comes either it (2 bottles), has proven good to deal with minor pet messes (like cleaning the pet urine that could drip from a underpad placed in the floor). It is not heavy but after a while you will start to feel the weight. It really goes forward on its own with little help, but the same does not happen when you pull it back. Cleaning the machine is a little bit more complicated than I expected but it is not so bad, we will see if it gets easier with time or it feels like a drag. Overall it is easy to use. The floor looks and feels clean and good. The machine is very low noise, it is not intrusive at all. You could use it while your family sleeps and it will be ok. The battery life is not that bad, I went through almost all of my house before it needed to re charge. I do recommend it. It is a great item for the price.

This has been a great investment in home cleaning as it has made regular weekly cleanings easier and done in minutes compared to hours. Living in a third floor apartment with 2 rooms, a bathroom, and kitchen I used to go through 5-8 swiffers cleaning all the rooms with just 1 pass through and I never felt like it cleaned it well. Getting this, seeing the dirty tank confirmed it wasn't as clean as I thought. After cleaning with this Tineco I felt a night and day different in how clean my floors were and I would be done with all the floors in about 20 minutes. It's also really fun to use as the Tineco easily glides through the floors and the roller picks up any debris it comes across. My first hesitation was the battery life but I've never run out of battery in the middle of cleaning. It auto-turns off when put upright and auto-starts when leaned again. After weekly cleanings this still performs like out of the box and I've only had to replace the filter and roller once. It also doesn't feel flimsy and instead feels like a powerful machine. Not sure how I managed before but I'm never going back.

I don't want to sound silly but this Tineco has truly been life changing. I have 3 young boys. They are messy! I used to absolutely dread mopping my house. In all honesty I would go months between because it's such a time consuming chore, and now with my Tineco I look forward to the chore. It's very satisfying. I use it as a mop vs a vacuum, but I do love that anything the vacuum missed gets cleaned right up. It's easy to use and performs so well. What comes out of it is absolutely shocking. The first time I used it I tested it by mopping first then running the Tineco over again and let me tell you- the water was black. It's suctions and picks up everything so well. Love the self clean option too! I do recommend cleaning it out after every self clean. I dump and rinse the dirty water chamber and I always try to take off the roller to dry. If you leave it on, it will get stinky.

After one year of at least weekly use, there are some clear pros and cons to the Tineco iFLOOR 5 Breeze. If you somehow figured out the differences between the nine-plus different but very similar and confusingly named models to land on this one, a) congratulations! and b) please tell me, because I still don't know. My point of comparison for this review is the no-longer-made Floor Doctor Hard Floor cleaner, which lasted about five years before giving up the ghost (and has been greatly missed ever since). The Tineco was easy to set up out of the box and intuitive to use. Battery life seems to be perhaps the biggest complaint in other reviews; on the standard setting, this can do two very thorough passes on a 16' x 20' tiled kitchen and 5' x 12' tiled entry hallway with perhaps a few extra minutes left over to do a cursory pass in a small room, on a par with to slightly better than the Floor Doctor. On the higher power setting, battery life is roughly cut in half but cleaning performance and water extraction definitely improve. One tank of cleaning fluid lasts for about 1 pass. The cleaning fluid has a pleasant, fairly neutral, not-too-strong scent. Water extraction is good to excellent, leaving the floors damp but not wet. Cleaning performance is variable, being much better on very smooth surfaces and loose debris while faltering with deeply figured tile, grout lines, and sticky debris. The rubber bristles of the Floor Doctor's rotating brush were better at getting into low spots on the floor; the Tineco visibly misses deeper spots on our figured tile floors despite multiple passes, and cleaning grout lines requires hands-and-knees scrubbing. Edge cleaning is excellent, getting to within 1/2" of the baseboard in all but the very corners. The self-cleaning feature is nice but does not mean you do not have to clean the machine; it still requires emptying and rinsing the water/cleaning solution tank and the waste water tank, cleaning the roller cover, and removing the roller to dry. If you run the self-cleaning cycle and forget to do these steps afterwards (speaking from experience here...), the waste tank and the roller will get exceptionally smelly. As far as I can tell, one of the distinguishing features of more expensive models is a sensor that tells you how dirty the spot you are cleaning is. This model lacks that feature, and I have never found myself lamenting its absence. Similarly, you can pay more for a self-propelled model, but at just under 10 lbs, this model is light and agile enough to make it unnecessary. I have not had the need to test customer service. Shortly after it arrived I received several pleasant phone messages from Tineco inquiring about my satisfaction and inviting me to review the product; as I had not really put it through its paces yet, I did not respond, and subsequent messages increasingly felt vaguely ominous, culminating in the final one informing me something to the effect of "we are forced to close this issue as unresolved." Given I had never contacted Tineco with an issue, it was slightly surreal.

Tengo 1.5 años con ella y hasta el momento todo bien. Creo que definitivamente es un buen producto. Lo único “malo” es que tuvo un detallito , no sé por qué no quería arrancar, pero vi en TikTok que era una falla común y al ponerle un pedacito de cinta en el sensor, funcionó como siempre. Si funciona mucho mejor usando el líquido con el que viene (y huele delicioso) pero se me hace muy caro. Apenas compraré mi primer kit de repuestos, ya que los dos rodillos que trae incluido me duraron bien para este tiempo. En general una buena compra, poco mantenimiento y buena función. Si comprara otra sería un modelo más reciente solo por el hecho de que esta no puedes inclinarla al 100% para meterla bajo los sillones o muebles y los modelos más recientes si, pero la marca me agradó.

*owned since december 2025 now its july* I use it consistently for everyday pickup but also for deep cleans like ill do a VERY wet mopped floor and use it to pick up the water! I use only the recommended cleaning solution and its not done me wrong, no residue or big perfumed smell. Its really waterproof I can clean it in the shower rinse it down (not exactly recommending that lol) and everything on the bottom is easy to take apart to clean. One little part is that the cleaning of it can be tedious for someone looking for a lazy vaccum vibe like adds an extra step to the cleaning technically but youd have to empty a regular vacuum or clean the mop head i guess so its similar- you just empty and rinse the dirty tank & the material roller & it comes with a little brush to get in the hole it sucks the dirty through incase theres hair or something. I suggest not letting it sit in that dirty water and just clean it right away even if you just empty the tank! There is also a little self cleaning mode for what I assume helps you clean the roller mostly. In comparison to doing both a vaccum or sweep and a mop its 100% less effort. The charging is easy you just put it in the stand it comes with and plug it in. Oh and yes it can get into corners easier, I have no idea in comparison to other models but easily less wide than a regular vac.

La adoro!!!!! Es fácil de usar, la uso para limpiar mi casa por pisos en distintos días así que no sé en realidad cuando se acaba la pila pero la he usado unos 25 minutos seguido y bien la batería, no indica cuando sigue cargando por que trae solo un led azul que se apaga después de un tiempo cargándola pero la conecto terminando de usarla y después la desconecto, el sensor led durante el uso cambia a rojo y hay de dos o está lleno el depósito de lo que va aspirando o el de agua limpia ya está vacío, solo Checar ambos y para usándola. Trae dos rodillos y en lo personal uso la auto limpieza cada uso y lavo el tanque como el rodillo, prefiero lavarlo con jabón de ropa y lo dejo secar mientras coloco el otro que está ya seco antes lo lavaba con el de trastes pero siento que me quedaba más duro al secar y con el de ropa me queda más esponjoso, trae tmb dos filtros pero la vdd ese solo he usado uno lo lavo tmb y lo dejo secar bien al sol. Mi piso es mate y limpia muy bien

Highly recommend! I did a lot of research before buying this because it is an expensive purchase and I wanted to make sure I wasn't just buying into the Instagram hype. Well, after using it three times I can say it does live up to the hype. 1) As other reviewers have mentioned, the amount of dirt it picks up from your floors is disgusting! First time I used it it was nearly black. After three uses (and vacuuming in between), the water is now dark grey! 2) I am able to clean my entire main floor without needing to charge the battery and using half the CWT (about 1100 square feet). So it seems to be really efficient in terms of battery and water usage, leaving very little water on the floor and drying quickly (quicker than my traditional spin mop). 3) The self propelling feature is also awesome and makes for a much easier job. In the past when I used my spin mop, I would be sweating after mooping the floors. Didnt break a sweat with the Tineco! In fact I had a baby strapped to my chest and was able to mop at the same time. It does all the work for you. 4) The self cleaning feature is great. I have cleaned out the DWT after each use and it takes maybe 2 mins to flush/rinse everything. This purchase was worth it for me - I obsess over the cleanliness of my floors (I live in the country, have a dog and two small children) but vacuuming and then mopping the floors was too time consuming to do regularly. So happy I made the jump and went for this machine!

I have had this vacuum mop for about 2 months now, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Every time I use it I am composing a glowing review in my head, and I'm finally sitting down to write it. My floors are the cleanest they have EVER been. As a rural mom with a busy family and many pets, I cannot express the difference this has made in my life. I struggle with executive function and mopping was one of the most grueling, multi-step, thankless chores imaginable. No matter how well I vacuumed before (with my expensive big name vacuum) I was always dragging around sand and little bits of hair/fur in the mop. Infuriating! The water required such frequent changing and the amount of energy I spent scrubbing only to be left with a mediocre level of cleanliness made mopping all the more painful. Not to mention how long it took for the floors to dry! Due to the high effort and time expenditure required, I couldn't keep up with it as often as I would have liked. I tried every kind of mop hoping for a better experience, and they all left me disappointed. Enter the Tineco. Now I clean my floors almost daily, because it is so FAST, EASY and SATISFYING. I am obsessed. I cannot believe how much dirt actually accumulates in a single day, and am simultaneously shocked and delighted when I empty the tank. Even when I vacuum first, the Tineco will pick up so much sand and fur that was left behind, it is unreal. I literally shout "WHAT?! HOW?!" every time I empty it, haha. It feels so good knowing that dirt is gone, and my floors finally look and feel AMAZING. All this in a fraction of the time it used to take. I love that it is always using fresh, clean water to scrub the floor, and this makes such a huge difference! Dirt is actually lifted off and stays in the dirty water tank where it belongs. The self clean feature is the icing on the cake! This machine has restored so much time, ease and calm to my life. I will NEVER be without it again. I immediately bought one for my elderly mother, and after hearing me rave for so long my bestie bought one too. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
